Yvette possessed an exceptional memory, yet she rarely invested effort in recalling details that held no interest. Consequently, she failed to recognize the man before her as Hector's former associate.

Confusion clouded her face. "What general manager?" she questioned. "The person I know is still engrossed in new product research in Betrico. Why would they send a stranger with something for me? Who is he?"

Jimmy immediately realized Yvette didn't remember him. He hastened to explain, "Ms. Zeller, perhaps people do forget. I'm the duty manager at Sky Nimbus, Lowe is my surname. We met at Sky Nimbus that day; I was with the general manager, Mr. Kirk."

Yvette's expression hardened. Impatience flickered between her brows, her demeanor sharp and assertive. She surmised Hector's reason for sending Jimmy.

Before Jimmy could explain his purpose, Yvette interrupted, "You can leave and return the items. Tell Mr. Kirk I don't need it. Take care. I won't see you out." She gestured towards the door.

Tobias feigned a cough, inwardly commenting, "She certainly doesn't mince words. They barely spoke, and she's already dismissing him."

Simon remained impassive, observing from the couch without comment. He was curious about Yvette's connection to Hector from Sky Nimbus. He had met Hector once at the Betrico Sky Nimbusโ€”a visit necessitated by unusual circumstances, as he rarely frequented such establishments. Their brief exchange revealed Hector to be capable and courteous. Simon had heard that Hector, after an extended period abroad, had recently returned to develop Sky Nimbus. Backed by powerful Mysonna interests, the club enjoyed significant prestige in Betrico, immune to any trouble. Its impressive reputation was well-deserved.

Jimmy dared not return empty-handed, his job hanging in the balance. His transfer to the capital depended on this task. He had approached it as an all-or-nothing gamble, determined to secure Yvette's acceptance of the document.

"Ms. Zeller," he said smoothly, "would you perhaps consider reviewing it before deciding?" He was confident that the document's contentsโ€”enormous wealth, a constant flow of riches beyond the dreams of mostโ€”were impossible to refuse.

Yvette's bright blue eyes met Jimmy's without emotion. "I don't need it."

Jimmy surmised she already knew the document's contents. An Argrol University student, even as a recently discovered daughter of the Chambers family, she couldn't possibly possess comparable wealth. While she might afford one hundred million dollars to rival Ethan, it wasn't the same as a constant, effortless influx of funds.

"Why would anyone think too much money is a problem?" Jimmy mused, perplexed. "Ms. Zeller, Mr. Kirk specifically instructed me to discuss this with you. Please review it so I can report back," he pleaded, nearly kneeling. Tobias, anticipating the social repercussions for Yvette, quickly intervened, preventing the prostration.

Jimmy, feeling desperate, gambled on Yvette's compassion. Tobias, sensing Yvette's unpredictable nature, nevertheless urged her, "Yvette, please just take a quick look? It would greatly assist Mr. Lowe."

Yvette, observing Jimmy's near-tears, felt a surge of frustration. She extended her hand, signaling for the documents. Jimmy, relieved, promptly presented them. "Here you are, Ms. Zeller. Please take your time." Yvette gave him a meaningful look and whispered, "Next time, if you enjoy kneeling so much, just stay down."

A shiver ran down Jimmy's spine. Yvette had seen through his ploy. The fate of the Brooks family flashed in his mind, silencing him.

Yvette quickly reviewed the documents. As suspected, Hector intended to separate the Seacrity Heavenly Pavilion from headquarters and gift it to herโ€”a move she had anticipated. The entire business model of Sky Nimbus was her own design, mirroring a drawing she'd made at six years old.

Within minutes, she tossed the documents back to a nervous Jimmy. He stammered, "Mr. Kirk instructed me to inform you that you must accept Sky Nimbus in Seacrity. He said it rightfully belongs to you, and if you refuse, he'll handle it personally."

Jimmy, unsure of Hector's reasoning, dared not inquire. It was beyond the purview of a lowly duty manager.

Simon's composure shattered. Tobias was aghast. "Hector is giving Yvette the Seacrity branch! Not hundreds of thousands, but millions, simply given away. Sky Nimbus is a goldmine, a constant income stream. This isn't just a gift; it's a jackpot. Who wouldn't be tempted?" He couldn't believe Yvette had refused without even a glance. "She's crazy!"

Hector, understanding Yvette's temperament, knew this was the only approach that might yield acceptance.

Yvette massaged her temples. Was this Simon's compensation? She truly didn't need it. Her Mysonna accounts held far more wealth than she could count. She could easily acquire countless Sky Nimbus establishments. What others would consider a dream, Yvette wished to avoid.

Simon, breaking his silence, said, "If Yvette doesn't want it, forget it. She's studying and lacks the time to manage Sky Nimbus. Mr. Lowe, please leave. Tell him Yvette is young and should prioritize her studies. She can decide on the shares after graduation."

With Yvette's decision and Simon's support, Jimmy departed to report to Hector. Yvette thanked Simon politely. He dismissed Tobias and then, pouring Yvette coffee, asked, "Are you Siren?"
