Alpha Hayley's Destined Mate

Chapter 364: Benjamin Is Mine

Hayleyโ€™s POV:

After hearing my words, Henriettaโ€™s anger flared. She shouted at me, โ€œI donโ€™t know what tricks youโ€™ve pulled to make Alpha Benjamin choose you as his mate, but let me tell youโ€”until he officially announces you as his Luna, youโ€™re still just a weak, low-tier Omega!โ€

โ€œSomeday, heโ€™ll realize that Iโ€™m the one who truly deserves to be his Luna.โ€

I listened calmly, smiling as I nodded. โ€œYouโ€™re right. Good luck with that.โ€

My response was so indifferent that Henrietta and her followers were taken aback. She questioned, โ€œArenโ€™t you mad?โ€

I shrugged. โ€œWhy would I be? You like my fiancรฉ, which just shows I have good taste. As for what youโ€™re saying, weโ€™ll see. You can wait till youโ€™re eighty, but you probably wonโ€™t have a chance. Iโ€™m not planning on separating from my fiancรฉ anytime soon!โ€

Henrietta was livid. She bared her sharp teeth at me. โ€œYโ€”youโ€ฆ you have no shame!โ€

I snorted proudly, showing no fear. She was just a low-ranking beta, someone I didnโ€™t take seriously.

โ€œJust you wait! Benjamin is mine! Heโ€™ll be mine sooner or later!โ€

With that, Henrietta stormed off, taking her followers with her. I shrugged it off, not giving it a second thought. Returning to the hall, I found Benjamin.

โ€œI didnโ€™t realize so many women were obsessed with you,โ€ I teased.

Benjamin looked at me, puzzled. โ€œWhat are you talking about?โ€

I looked up at him and said, โ€œIโ€™m dealing with too many rivals for your affection. Itโ€™s starting to get annoying. What should I do?โ€

Benjamin pulled me close, whispering in my ear in a tone only the two of us could hear, โ€œI only like you.โ€

I couldnโ€™t hold it in and let out a small laugh. โ€œWell, then Iโ€™m not worried anymore.โ€

Benjamin smiled at me affectionately. โ€œGood. Donโ€™t overthink things.โ€

Chapter 364: Benjamin Is Mine

The hostโ€™s voice echoed through the room. โ€œWelcome, everyone, to the wedding of Mr. Otto and Ms. Blaire. The ceremony will begin in three minutes. Please make your way to your seats.โ€

Benjamin gently guided me to our seats. โ€œLetโ€™s go. Weโ€™re sitting over there.โ€

Everywhere we went, all eyes were on us. At first, I felt uncomfortable, but as I followed Benjamin, I slowly began to get used to the feeling of being in the spotlight.

โ€œAlright, the wedding is about to begin. Letโ€™s start the countdown together: ten, nine, eight, sevenโ€ฆ three, two, one!โ€

The familiar tune of A Wedding in My Dreams began to play. The bride, arm in arm with the groom, walked gracefully down the aisle. As soon as the couple appeared, applause erupted around us.

โ€œWow, the brideโ€™s wedding dress is gorgeous.โ€

โ€œYeah! Itโ€™s so unique. I want one too.โ€

โ€œI heard itโ€™s a custom-made dress, and itโ€™s insanely expensive.โ€

โ€œMr. Scott really is a husband who spoils his wife.โ€

In the crowd, people offered their blessings, but most of the conversations centered on the brideโ€™s stunning dress. I couldnโ€™t help but feel proud. After all, I was the one who designed it. It was difficult not to notice such a showstopper.

The ceremony officially began. I sat in the guest area, watching the couple exchange vows under the name of the Moon Goddess, pledging to be lifelong mates, exchanging rings, and sharing a kiss. I shed a few tears, deeply moved. In a moment of daze, I suddenly imagined the bride and groomโ€™s faces transforming into Benjaminโ€™s and mine, standing before our friends and family, exchanging vows.

The hostโ€™s voice snapped me back to reality. โ€œThe ceremony is now complete. Now, letโ€™s proceed with the bouquet toss. Single ladies, please step forward.โ€

Suddenly, Blaire interrupted. โ€œWait a moment!โ€
