Chapter 261

Selah immediately retweeted Odalys' tweet, tagging her: "[Hey, the store's open! I'm the first employee!]"

Francis retweeted without comment: "[Wishing Ms. Stone prosperity, I'm Employee No. 2.]"

Freya, in a hurry, quickly joined in: "[Ms. Stone, I'm Employee No. 3!]"

Their tweets almost crashed the internet. Tens of millions were online, waiting for Odalys' first tweet, which included her shop's location. Those eager for her star readings flooded in instantly. Some wanted a reading; others wanted to see her fail; many entertainment reporters lurked.

After her variety show appearance, Odalys' popularity surpassed that of top-tier celebrities.

"Dammit, my phone's frozen!" Selah exclaimed, tapping her unresponsive screen.

Freya refreshed her feed and whispered, "My tweet hit a million likes in a minute."

"Let me check," Francis said, leaning over.

At that moment, Stellan tweeted: "[Hey, that's great. I've already had Ms. Stone's star readings. She saved my whole family.]"

With the fans' enthusiasm and Odalys' popularity, the posts exploded. All their tweets surpassed a million likes; Odalys' tweet completely crashed the platform. Comments reached ten million; likes exceeded one hundred million; shares also surpassed one hundred million.

Odalys opened the shop door, revealing a hidden world. The pitch-black shop illuminated as the lights flickered on, feeling like stepping into a forest. Entering the living room, they saw a hundred-year-old tree on the left, its branches and leaves sprawling, with the faint sound of running water.

Following the sound, they found themselves in a forest. Continuing through the trees, blinding sunlight revealed a vast plain ahead. In the distance, snow-capped mountains loomed, sending a chill through the air. The scenery shifted realistically, within arm's reach—it wasn't just a lighting effect.

"Oh my god, I thought it would be a simple store, but this is… amazing!" Selah exclaimed, stunned.

The others were equally shocked. Stellan arrived, saw them enter, and quickly followed.

"Odalys, is all of this real? I actually felt a drop of water," Stellan whispered, amazed.

Odalys stepped further in. Long benches lined both sides of the shop. The air was thick with the fragrance of flowers, feeling like nature itself.

"Sort of," she said softly. "You could say it's magic. I use my mind to draw it into the talisman and project it here. It's both real and fake. And there's one advantage: if anyone tries to cause trouble here, they'll get hit by a backlash."

Just then, a commotion erupted outside.

Freya turned to see a line of luxury cars and bicycles blocking the area in front of the store. "Everyone, get in line!" the group's leader ordered.

They were out of breath. Seeing the humble store, they were surprised. But once they reached the door and saw the magical scene inside, they were stunned.

"My god, how many people are there? The police have even arrived," Freya said, rubbing her eyes in disbelief.

Stellan and Francis exchanged a look. As celebrities used to crowded events, even they were astonished.

"Odalys! Odalys!" Fans outside chanted her name. News of Odalys treating fans to meals and helping them had spread. Some came for star readings; others brought flowers.

"Fans, come this way! If you want star readings, head over here!" Selah quickly guided them.

The blazing sun outside was strangely absent; it was even a bit cool. Those waiting felt inexplicably calm; some cried at the sight of Odalys.

"Today, I'm offering three free star readings, for ten people. The fee is up to you," Odalys said softly.

Silence fell. Many guessed her readings cost millions—some had offered over thirty million—and were surprised by her generosity.

"This is basically free? Now I'm starting to worry… Will it even be accurate?" someone whispered nervously.

Cordelia Blythe, at the front of the line, rushed to Odalys, bowing and saying in a choked voice, "Ms. Stone, my daughter has been missing for several days. Please, help me… Can you find her?"

She had run hoping to save her daughter's life.

"Come inside," Odalys said softly.

As Cordelia entered, the wind seemed to sweep away her anxiety. Odalys motioned her to sit. A stack of red paper sat on the table. Odalys picked up a pen. "Tell me your daughter's birthdate."

Cordelia provided it. Odalys froze, looking up in shock. "Are you sure?" "Yes," Cordelia whispered.

Odalys furrowed her brow. "Have you reported it to the police?"

"Yes, but they haven't found her. Please, help me save my daughter," Cordelia replied, almost bowing again. Freya stepped forward.

"Enough. Get to the point. Crying won't help anyone," Freya said.

Cordelia sat up, locking eyes with Odalys.

"Give me the phone number of the officer you've been in contact with," Odalys said.

Cordelia hesitantly gave the number.

"Call her," Odalys instructed.

Cordelia dialed. The officer answered. "Mrs. Blythe, don't worry. We'll notify you as soon as we have any updates."

"Officer, the girl is in immediate danger. You need to go to Zurian Road, number 23, now, or she'll be smuggled out of the country by sea," Odalys said urgently.

"What do you mean? Who are you?" The officer's tone grew wary.

Holding the pen firmly, Odalys said seriously, "I'm Odalys Stone. Whether you believe me or not, get your team there immediately. You've got ten minutes, then you might never catch her."

"I'm going too," Cordelia said, standing.

Odalys pushed her back down. "Stay here. They're watching you. If you move, they might kill your daughter."

"What?" Cordelia was shocked.

Odalys quickly instructed Francis and Stellan, who looked startled but immediately left.

The people in line strained to hear. Some were curious; others eager for readings.

"Catch him!" Stellan shouted angrily.
