Chapter 168  I make you feel better?  “Okay,” Josiah said.  By the time Josiah got to the dining area, Sienna was serving porridge at the island. The steam gave her a soft glow. On a whim, Josiah quietly went up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her close  Sienna tensed up for a second, then relaxed “Go sit down, she said softly. “Food’s almost ready”  Josiah stayed put, his cheek resting on Sienna’s neck. “Sienna, Yvene and I grew up together,” he said, voice a bit muffled.  Sienna was a  a bit taken aback since she never expected him to explain his past to her  “It’s not what you think,” he said, his arm around her waist tightening. The rumors are all false. I’ve been there for her, yeah, but there’s nothing Inappropriate. Can you trust me on this?”  Sienna was even amused by this lame explanation. Luckily her back was to him, or Sienna would worry he’d see her face full of disdain.  Sienna shrugged. “Sure, whatever, she replied, not really canng to get into it  Bat inside, she thought, I’d be more interesting if there was some drama between them  Without warning. Josiah spun her around and kissed her. Sienna was startled, and the spoon she was holding clattered into the pot  She automatically put her hand on his chest, but instead of pushing him away, the let at move up and around his neck after a second.  Josiah was a little caught off guard at first, but then he pulled her closer, deepening the kiss. He could tell Sienna was still a bit resistant, but not as much as before. Her face was flushed and her lips were a bit swollen. “Are you gonna cat or what? I woke up early to cook this for you.‘”  “I’m eating,” Josiah said with a grin “fli eat anything you  Sienna thought to herself. This guy’s such a lovesick fool. He used to hate the smell of the kitchen. Remember when I made spaghetti and he complained so much! Now, for Yvette, he’ll put up with anything  After breakfast, Josiah and Sienna headed out. Josiah drove Sienna to her dance studio.  As Sienna was about to get out of the car, she turned to Josials and said, “Hey, can I ask you for a favor?”  “What’s up?” Josiah asked, grinning.
