Vonnie went on a blind date, and Hailey was especially happy today.

She said, "This blind date was introduced to me through the connection of my old classmate."

"I hadn’t been in touch with my old classmate for more than ten years. We just got in touch the other day, and she found out that my daughter is almost thirty and still single. So, she quickly introduced her friend’s son to me."

I laughed and said to her, "Just listen to Hailey; give this blind date a chance. Maybe this time the blind date will turn out great."

"Yes, yes, my old classmate said that her best friend’s son is a talented, young man, full of promise, and just two or three years older than you. She doesn’t have a daughter, otherwise she would have taken him as a son-in-law herself, but it’s not your turn."

Hailey asked me to pick a dress for her.
