Chapter 360

She forced out a smile and said, “I just haven’t been getting enough rest these past few days. I have exams to study for, you know…”

As soon as these words were spoken, several people were immediately fooled, their attention diverted.

‘Ophelia, you were awesome! Full marks! How did you do it?!’

The admission results were out, and it’s no exaggeration to say that Lucy and her friends were the most excited. These days, they were constantly arguing with people online, eagerly awaiting Ophelia’s results each day, determined to humiliate those haters. And Ophelia indeed did not disappoint them!

“We joined a group, and that group was all fans of that Isabelle person. You have no idea how harshly they used to belittle you!”

The results came out today, and ha, everyone suddenly went silent! Their faces were slapped hard!

Lucy was extremely happy; even Hannah, who usually spoke very little, also said a few more words. Lenora’s eyes were shining, her gaze full of admiration, almost overflowing.

“Ophelia, you were really amazing!”

Ophelia smiled and touched her head.

Lucy, in a hurry, said, “Let’s go, go, go to the private room, everyone is waiting for you!”

Not only did the three of them come today, but also many other classmates. They had been supporting Ophelia online these days. When the admission results came out, they all felt relieved and happy, and also a sense of pride.

As soon as Ophelia entered the room, she was surrounded by excited classmates.

“Oh my goodness, Ophelia! How did you manage to do it? You actually scored a perfect mark!”

“You really brought glory to our Ventura University this time! You don’t know how happy the school leaders are. Even when we go out and say that we are classmates with you, we feel extremely proud!”

Ophelia smiled at the corner of her lips, patiently listening to everyone speak. Since her rebirth, she hadn’t deliberately sought friendship with her classmates, but unexpectedly, she gradually gained their sincere recognition.

Feeling the praise and recognition from everyone, a warm feeling welled up in her heart. “I knew about everyone defending me online these past few days. Today, I’ll treat you all, so feel free to order whatever you want to eat!”

The crowd immediately burst into cheers.

“Ophelia, I loved you to death!”

“But it was only right for us to speak up for you; those people online who know nothing just blabber on. Anyone who knows a little bit of the situation can’t just stand by and watch!”

“Yeah, what kind of person you are, don’t we know better than those people online? They haven’t even met you in person, yet they’re spouting nonsense; it makes me so angry!”

Everyone had a lively meal and then asked Ophelia, “Ophelia, when did you go to National Medical School to report?”

Ophelia had received the notification and she said, “Tomorrow.”

“So fast?!”

“Are you going to attend classes at National Medical School after that? Will you still go back to Ventura University?”

This question was of great concern to everyone.

Ophelia said, “We’ll see, but I won’t drop out of Ventura University, so we will still be classmates in the future.”

When she said this, everyone laughed and felt much relieved.

After finishing the meal, Ophelia arranged a car to take everyone back to school, while she herself got into the same car with Lenora. Lenora mistook the fruit wine for a beverage and ended up getting drunk. She was feeling dizzy and disoriented. If it weren’t for Ophelia constantly keeping an eye on her, she probably wouldn’t have noticed anything unusual about her.
