Aurora looked at him and said, “You know I’ll be leaving tomorrow for the variety show recording, so I’m entrusting the studio to you. Everything will need your attention.”

“Of course, no problem at all,” Ian immediately agreed without hesitation. "You’ve already given me instructions before, and I’ve made all the necessary preparations.”

Aurora smiled in relief. “I know. I trust your ability completely. This will be a test for you, and while I’m away, I hope you’ll keep the studio running just as smoothly as when I’m here.”

Deep down, Ian silently vowed to protect the studio no matter what. She was only leaving for a short while—if he couldn’t handle things properly, it would mean failing all the trust and effort Aurora had placed in him.

He wasn’t foolish. He knew how much time and energy Aurora had spent training him, and it was clear she wanted him to help manage the studio in her absence. Now that he had been given such an important responsibility, a sudden sense of duty swelled inside him.
