Josie found out about this half a month later.

The reason was simple. The number of students attending their acupuncture class suddenly increased, and many of them came specifically for her.

She had fewer classes now, so she sometimes accompanied Delilah as a teaching assistant to classes.

Jaden said, “You have the same idea, right? I knew you still cared about our past relationship and wanted me to be your friend, support you, and help you deal with Natalie!”

Jaden’s face lit up with excitement as he excitedly reached out to grab Josie’s hand.

“Hey, why are you getting physical?” Ivy shoved him away. “Don’t you know it’s inappropriate for men to touch women so randomly? If her boyfriend sees this, he’ll be upset!”

Jaden’s expression darkened, and he was about to get angry.

However, Josie didn’t give him the chance. She pulled Ivy close to protect her and calmly said to him, “Besides you, who else wants to join our team?”

Jaden didn’t suspect Josie’s true intention, still thinking she had gotten to where she was just to force them to help her. He hurriedly said, “Vincent wants to join as well. Natalie tricked him, and he didn’t get into graduate school.
