Preparations for the banquet had begun at Northwatch Estate. Since there weren't enough servants, Theodore called on younger family members for assistance, who brought some of the family's servants with them.

In noble families, a daughter's wedding banquet wasn't held on the wedding day. Typically, a feast was held the day before, inviting extended family. This was followed by a three-day banquet open to the townspeople.

However, as this was Carissa's second marriage, she forwent a fortune teller to style her hair, opting instead for a stylist from Elegance Atelier on the day. Perhaps because her family wasn't attending, Carissa seemed indifferent to pre-wedding rituals.

This wasn't because she didn't care about marrying Rafael. She was determined to fulfill her wifely duties, managing household affairs and ensuring nothing distracted Rafael from his work. But despite her happiness with Rafael, the absence of her family left her feeling joyless. Unlike her first marriage to Barrett, there were no tears or sorrow at leaving her family.

Seeing Carissa's despondency, Lulu felt uneasy. Turning to Lily, she suggested, "Lily, what about arranging some entertainment? Hell Monarch Estate has a theater. We could book the local troupe, or perhaps a private show. It might cheer her up."

Lily responded, "At such short notice, I'm not sure we can secure one, but you can ask Mr. Carter to try."

Lulu found Frederick and explained the request. He replied, "I already invited the Harmony Troupe, but they're booked by Silverstone Estate." The Harmony Troupe was the capital's best, renowned for their "Twilight Serenade."

"If we can't get the Harmony Troupe, can we invite another? The Sinclairs have sent many to help; some entertainment would be a nice gesture."

Frederick agreed. "I'll send someone to invite the Mirthful Fish Troupe; they're quite good."

"Mirthful Fish Troupe? That name sounds odd."

"Who cares? As long as they put on a good show," Frederick said. "Although, I've heard their performances are… unconventional. Many say they're unlike anything else."

"Really? Well, just have them perform something cheerful. We are celebrating, after all. Invite them, then let Lady Sinclair choose the songs."

"The wedding procession is tomorrow evening. Let's focus on keeping Lady Sinclair happy today and tomorrow. Even if she isn't happy, at least she'll be distracted," Frederick said.

Lulu agreed. "You'd best make the arrangements. With year-end festivities approaching, I worry troupes might be booked."

"I'll go now. You should stay with Lady Sinclair," Frederick said, gathering his guards and departing.

The buffet-style banquet preparations were underway, and Frederick was overwhelmed. If not for Carissa's happiness, he wouldn't have sought a troupe. Thankfully, Theodore had mobilized the Sinclairs, providing much-needed help, leaving Frederick relieved and grateful.

Fortunately, the Mirthful Fish Troupe was available, and Frederick secured their services easily. Hell Monarch Estate's atmosphere needed to match its status, regardless of the feast's scale.

Upon Frederick's return, the women immediately brought Carissa to watch the performance.

Tomorrow was the day to move the dowry to the groom's house. The fortune teller's chosen time was evening, unsuitable for transport; it was decided to move it early tomorrow morning. Silverstone Estate planned the same, moving the dowry on the wedding day. The dowry was substantial, including items retrieved from the Farrell family and additions from the Earl of Silverstone's family, showcasing Viola's status and honoring the Warren family.

Frederick checked the dowry, ensuring everything was in place and neatly arranged.

Rafael hadn't visited in days, likely due to the wedding's proximity. However, Hell Monarch Estate buzzed with activity, including continuous banquets and a three-month bread distribution for the poor.
