Mia sensed something was wrong. She reflected on the events following the trial. Initially, she'd planned to use the released tiger to eliminate Tiffany. However, Tiffany emerged unharmed and posed a significant question: did Mia's family own the back mountain?

Mia proudly confirmed ownership, but to her surprise, Tiffany departed with a smile, causing no trouble. Simultaneously, Mia learned someone else coveted the land. This led her to suspect the mountain held something valuable; otherwise, why would anyone forfeit millions for it?

Mia responded swiftly, "The mountain was once slated for development as a scenic spot, but the project was cancelled. Now it's a training camp. It's not worth much. Miss Wood, might I offer you an alternative? Choose a check or any Lee family property you desire."

Mia believed she'd made a shrewd decision, even adopting a condescending tone, as if dismissing a beggar. Tiffany initially laughed, her smile illuminating her face. But instantly, her expression turned cold. With a crash, she shattered her coffee cup, scattering coffee and causing a panic.

Mia started to shout, but Tiffany's icy glare stopped her. "Negotiate with me? How dare you!" Tiffany sneered, her attitude shifting dramatically. "I'm not settling for just those two mountains! Listen carefully: I want all the land encompassing the entire training camp." Her greed and ambition were evident.

Mia again felt something was amiss. She realized she'd underestimated Tiffany. Tiffany's initial request for the two mountains was a ploy. Her true objective was the entire training camp and surrounding land.

June presented a second contract, transferring ownership of all Lee family land, including the training camp. Conner was stunned. While sacrificing two mountains was inconsequential, losing this land represented a colossal loss.

June checked her watch and said dismissively, "One minute to consider. My boss needs a nap. Don't waste time." She then added, glancing at Mia, "Mr. Lee, don't worry. In two or three months, your family assets will transfer to your daughter. She'll take the Lee family to new heights." The veiled threat of Conner's imminent death was clear.

Desperate to preserve his life and wealth, Conner signed the contract. Both contracts were immediately effective. He clutched his medicine, a supposed life-saver, asking, "Is it truly effective? I might need more."

Tiffany nonchalantly replied, "With money, you can get as many as you want." Conner, speechless, realized the entire training camp and mountains might have only purchased twelve pills.

After Tiffany and June left, Mia finally understood. "That bitch came prepared! She manipulated Dad into repeatedly compromising. The two mountains were a distraction; she wanted the entire land and training camp."

Mia wanted to confront them, but her father stopped her. "Come back here!" he shouted. "Dad, she planned this! The contracts prove it!" Mia retorted. Conner raged, "If you hadn't talked so much, we wouldn't have lost so much!" He blamed his daughter's cleverness.

Conner, however, remained unaware that a top-notch diamond mine lay on the back mountain, a fact that would soon anger him severely.

June drove Tiffany to Treasure Tower. En route, June asked, "Miss, did you anticipate Mia's objection, prompting the second contract?"

Tiffany smiled slyly, "Initially, I felt taking such a significant advantage was excessive, even though I wanted the training camp."

"What changed your mind?"

"Only children make choices. I want it all!" Tiffany laughed.

While Tiffany’s actions seemed ruthless, she was, in a twisted way, saving Conner’s life, and retaliating against Mia’s previous attempts to harm her.

Arriving at Treasure Tower, Tiffany instructed June to wait. Wyatt, upon meeting her, informed her that Frank was busy. Tiffany insisted Wyatt ask Frank if he was willing to miss out on a massive deal. After waiting, Frank eventually appeared.

Tiffany playfully asked, "Interested in a super diamond mine?" Frank, clearly shocked, invited Tiffany to discuss the matter privately upstairs.
