Listen to this chapter:

Tiffany smiled, but the arrow in her other hand pierced the man's waist. She warned in a low voice, "Don't even think it. Otherwise, I can't guarantee you'll remain functional."

"You're ruthless," the silver-haired man gasped, seriously injured. "This time, I'll behave."

Tiffany released his hand. "Go complete your mission. I'll detoxify you afterward."

"What do you want me to do?" the man asked.

Tiffany yawned lazily. "Go back to your employer and teach them a lesson. It's only fair, right?"

"But I took their money," the man protested. "Betrayal seems unkind." Tiffany gave him a half-smile. "Am I reasoning with you? I'm threatening you."

The man choked, speechless. "Alright, I understand."

He tried to stand, but found himself powerless. Only after Tiffany tossed him a small pill and he swallowed it did his strength return. "If I don't return after completing the task, will I die?"

"What do you think?" Tiffany raised an eyebrow, offering no direct answer.

The silver-haired man's expression turned complicated. He looked at Tiffany as if she were a demon. Regret washed over him. "Why did I provoke such a ruthless woman? I failed the mission and ended up in a ditch!"

Annoyed, but nimble, he jumped through the window and escaped. To avoid alarming the servants, Tiffany cleaned the blood and mess herself. Then, she wrote a note.

Looking at the note, Tiffany laughed cruelly. "When he returns for the antidote, he'll be furious. He deserves it!" She pasted the note on the window, yawned, and went to bed.

The moon was bright, the stars sparse. At one o'clock, Mia, having waited all night, thought, "Tonight, Tiffany disappears from the world. This is the only comfort in today's misfortunes."

Suddenly, a sound came from the windowsill. Mia looked over cautiously, prepared to call for help. Ever since Tiffany had attacked her at school, Mia had become extremely wary, even traumatized, locking her doors and windows every night.

A cat meowed outside. Relieved, Mia thought, "I'm being paranoid."

But a cold wind swept past. Her head was struck, and she fainted before she could see her attacker.

Following instructions, the silver-haired man quietly carried Mia from the Lee family villa, erasing his tracks. "How do I teach her a lesson?" he mused, then his eyes lit up. He had an idea!

He hung Mia on a busy street billboard, adding a swimsuit and embarrassing props. Tomorrow's news would claim the Lee heiress had gone mad and was playing on billboards. Rumors were terrifying; the criticism would be far worse.

Satisfied, he left to get the antidote. His body ached, and he felt unwell, but fear drove him to find Tiffany immediately. He tried to enter her bedroom through the window, but it was locked, with a note affixed.

He read the arrogant message: "The pill was the antidote. The poison is gone. Don't disturb my sleep."

Speechless, he realized his mistake. "If I hadn't done that, nothing would've happened," he thought, his eyes twitching. Tiffany slept peacefully.

He laughed angrily. "Interesting! This is the first time I've been played!" He was angry and humiliated. He glanced at Tiffany, memorizing her face, vowing revenge. He jumped from the second floor and vanished.

The next morning, Tiffany awoke refreshed. The note was gone. The man had returned and left angrily. She laughed, and after breakfast, Zoe called.

Zoe told her to check the news about Mia. Curious, Tiffany looked. The live broadcast showed Mia, high on a billboard (32.8 feet), wearing a swimsuit, with sex toys beneath her feet.

Passersby watched excitedly. Comments flooded the screen:

[Wow, Miss Lee has this side.] [Last night must've been exciting.]

Mia, waking to find herself there, wanted to die. This was the most humiliating moment of her life. People watched, mocking her. She screamed at them to leave, but they continued to watch.

Eventually, Conner rescued her. The news spread uncontrollably; the Lee family was disgraced.

Back home, Mia slapped Mason, accusing him of drugging and humiliating her for the Lee family inheritance. Mason denied it, but before he could fully explain, her father slapped her. "You're just the daughter of a mistress! What right?" Mia sputtered.
