Listen to this chapter:

Of all people to tease, this unlucky guy chose his boss, the very person who paid his salary.

Sean said, "Don't use your dumb brain to think of such dirty thoughts and say such dirty words." He showed no mercy and warned the others, "You should also take this as a warning. Respecting others is respecting yourself. Do you understand?"

Everyone was stunned. They never expected such a serious consequence from a single sentence. Although Sean was usually meticulous in his work and generally kind to employees privately, he was unusually harsh that day. Something like this had never happened before.

The fired employee was stunned. "Mr. Lawson, I was just joking," he said.

Sean's expression remained unchanged. "Joking? Have you considered the impact of your joke on others? You said it happily without thinking of the consequences? You're an adult; don't you know how to be careful with your words and actions?"

He continued, noting that Tiffany, their real boss, was young while he was older, with a daughter already in elementary school. How could someone be so thoughtless?

After speaking, Sean apologized to Tiffany: "I'm sorry. I didn't manage the moral quality of the company's employees well." Sean, while not daring to address Tiffany as "boss" in front of everyone, clearly recognized her powerful, likely non-model-like, background. Some employees, previously contemptuous, now dared not stare at Tiffany so brazenly.

Tiffany said nonchalantly, "It's fine. How are we going to film this time? We have to hurry; I still have something to do tonight."

Sean, a man of his word, turned to communicate with Robert. However, Robert didn't listen; from the moment Tiffany appeared, his gaze was fixed on her, as if in a trance. Sean's assistant nudged him, "Mr. Davis?" Finally snapping out of it, Robert exclaimed, "Where did you find such an angel?"

Robert had only seen Tiffany's photos before, believing her beauty was enhanced by post-production effects. He expected her in-person appearance to be less impressive. To his surprise, Tiffany's ethereal temperament perfectly matched his creative vision, even inspiring new ideas. He eagerly began sketching.

Davis, known for being a difficult client, quickly pulled out pen and paper. After completing two sketches, Tiffany emerged from changing, her white clothes fluttering in the wind, blonde hair in a bun. Even partially concealed by her elk mask, her features were alluring.

The filming went smoothly. Tiffany's presence was unforgettable. Afterward, everyone remained stunned.

It was dark by the time Tiffany was driven back. Sean apologized, "Miss Kelley, did today's filming delay your business?" (He still couldn't bring himself to call her "boss" in the presence of his assistant, who was driving).

Tiffany checked the time—she was over half an hour late. She hadn't even time to change before rushing to Evan's birthday party. Fortunately, traffic was light. Upon arrival, she couldn't remove her mask or change clothes without being seen by Sean and his assistant, so she remained disguised.

"Alright, that's all. You guys can go back," she said. The car stopped 650 feet away; she walked the rest of the way to avoid detection.

The party was at Evan's former home, a small European-style villa. Tiffany had called ahead to say she'd be late, so June was waiting. Seeing a girl in a white vintage dress and elk mask, June exclaimed, "Miss Kelley? Why—why are you dressed like this?" Tiffany's attire stood out among the guests in formal wear. People stared.

"It's a long story," Tiffany said. "By the way, June, have you prepared the gift?" (She had delegated gift-giving duties that afternoon.)

June replied, "It's ready. It's a violin. I had it delivered when I arrived."

"Alright, let's go in." But the doorman stopped Tiffany, "I'm sorry. Only invited guests can enter."

Tiffany was speechless. Does she think I don't look like a guest? she thought. June protested, "We were invited."

"What about your invitations?"

Tiffany and June were silent. Tiffany realized Evan hadn't given her a formal invitation; only a personal one.

Tiffany suggested, "You can go in and ask."

The servant refused. Other uninvited guests arrived, but were recognized and allowed entry.

Helpless, Tiffany called Evan. Then, Hannah, glaring at Tiffany with intense resentment, sneered, "Why is it that any Tom, Dick, or Harry can come in? Don't dirty the place. Men, chase this bitch out."

Hannah's animosity stemmed from a previous incident where her hand was crippled by Richard, and instead of seeking proper treatment, she'd blamed others, targeting Tiffany.

Tiffany, maintaining her usual composure, responded, "While I'm still pretending to be pleasant, I hope you'll stop while you're ahead. Otherwise… I don't mind beating you up. Do you mind?"
