Listen to this chapter:

Sandra thought, "Selena is a wanted criminal. Who will pay her $1.6 million gambling debt if she's imprisoned? The Kelley family hates Selena and me. They won't help us. Therefore, I, her daughter, must bear the debt."

Sandra's vision darkened. "I must drag the Kelley family down with me," she thought, "even if it means going to hell. While Selena is still useful. If I can't kill Tiffany, I can at least make the Kelley family extinct. However, I won't take the risk unless necessary!"

Sandra closed her eyes and began to plan carefully.

The next morning, dark circles under her eyes, Sandra went to class and noticed people whispering and pointing. She frowned. Despite her ambiguous relationship with Kenneth, almost everyone knew her. Gossip swirled. She even, perversely, enjoyed the feeling of being surrounded by a halo, feeling special, the perfect match for Kenneth. But the current whispers were wrong.

Sandra quickened her pace. On a notice board, she saw a collage of photos of herself—secretly taken from various angles, including intimate pictures with Jordan. She was stunned. How could these exist? Who did this?

Before she could react, she heard someone snicker, "Well, she looks pure, like a white lotus. I didn't expect her to be such a fragrant white lotus behind the scenes."

Another voice chimed in, "Once she saw she couldn't get Harper, she found a backup. Sigh, the feeling of being flattered must be quite good!"

No one named Sandra, but every word targeted her. She pounced forward, tearing down the photos. "No, it's not like that! They're fake! Please stop!" Tears streamed down her face, making her appear pitiful.

The girls were unmoved, but some boys, feeling protective, stood up. "We believe you. Someone's messing with you!" "Don't be sad. Just ignore it."

Sandra sobbed, weakly nodding her thanks. The boys quickly removed the remaining photos, but some had already been posted online. The forum exploded. Many of Kenneth's friends even asked him for confirmation. He simply stated, "I'm not in a relationship with Sandra. I never have been."

Sandra's secret was out. Furious, she investigated the photo incident, but found no answers. Seizing with rage, she confronted Tiffany.

Tiffany impatiently said, "Get lost."

"Did you have someone take those photos and post them to humiliate me?" Sandra yelled, her eyes bloodshot.

Tiffany looked at her as if she were insane. Is this woman delusional? she thought, sneering, "If you're sick, get treatment. Don't go around biting people!" She then strode away.

Sandra, her red eyes filled with ruthless fury, didn't try to stop her.

Meanwhile, Selena, wrapped tightly, paced at the school gate. After three calls, Sandra arrived, immediately scolding, "How dare you come here! Couldn't you call? Are you trying to shame me? Do you want to be imprisoned?"

Selena, ignoring the scolding, grabbed Sandra's hand. "Sandra, the debt collectors contacted me! They're coming to the school!"

"What?" Sandra asked.

"If we don't pay in three days, they'll cause trouble…" Selena cried. "What do we do?"

"Didn't I tell you not to answer their calls?" Sandra fumed.

"But they always find me! Sandra, save me!"

Sandra sneered. "Why didn't you think of this when you were gambling? Now you want me to save you? Do you think we're still living comfortably with the Kelleys?"

Selena felt terrible.

After a tense silence, Sandra instructed, "Buy rope, knockout drops, a knife Be careful. Don't get caught."

Selena, having no choice, readily agreed. They both lacked a conscience.

Sandra returned to school, gloomy. Selena, preparing to leave, saw a flashy orange sports car. It was Jordan. His obsession with Sandra was well-known, even to Selena. She felt a surge of pride in her daughter's popularity.

Then, an idea struck her. The Booth family was wealthy. "If Jordan gives me $1.6 million as a wedding gift, my debts are solved! And Sandra marries into wealth. Perfect!"

She approached Jordan, obsequiously greeting him. "Hello, Mr. Booth."

Jordan looked at her with disdain. "Who are you?"

"I'm Sandra's mother. You know Sandra, right?"

Jordan was stunned. "You're her mother? Aren't you wanted?" His voice trailed off. "Why are you looking for me?"

Selena smiled. "Mr. Booth, I heard you're courting my daughter?"

"Yes, why?"

"My daughter is great, but arrogant. I'm trying to match you two."

Jordan interrupted impatiently, "Just tell me how much it costs." What's the point of all this nonsense? It's all about money, he thought, feeling disdain.

Selena stated her price: "$2 million. Give me two million, and I'll let my daughter marry you."
