Listen to this chapter:

There’s one? Who is it? “Drag him out and kill him,” Richard thought.

He didn't even need to think. It must be Kenneth, the bastard. He pictured Tiffany chasing Kenneth, writing him love letters, even cooking for him! Humiliated, she’d still clung to him with a smile. Everyone in Lovell City knew about it. Richard had heard the stories before meeting Tiffany; at the time, he hadn't cared. But now, the thought drove him mad with jealousy.

Richard's face darkened as he suppressed his anger. "Who is it?" he asked. He'd already decided: when he got back, he'd beat Kenneth up.

Tiffany blinked and blurted out, "My dad!"

His clouded mood instantly brightened. The corners of his mouth twitched as he calmed himself. "That's good," he said, "but don't act coquettishly toward others in front of outsiders. And don't call them that."

Tiffany looked puzzled. Am I the kind of person who acts coquettishly to anyone? Besides, what's wrong with what I call them? I'm just a little cuter, a little more pleasant-sounding, a little more provocative. What else? Oh, and beautiful, she thought, indulging in a bit of self-admiration. Then, under Richard's gaze, she nodded obediently. "Got it."

Sweet and well-behaved – another critical hit. Richard's eyes burned. Tiffany's casual words could make me collapse. I wish I could shut her up! he thought.

Before he could act, Philip's voice came from outside the cabin. He sounded rested, even chatting with Tyrone. Philip lifted the curtain and entered before Tyrone could stop him.

Tiffany panicked, feeling like she'd been caught misbehaving by her elders. She pushed Richard away, a little too forcefully. He was caught off guard, pushed out, and his head hit the cabin wall with a bang!

Silence.

Philip, just inside, was dumbfounded. Tyrone, behind him, even more so.

Tiffany gasped, rushing to Richard's side. "Are you alright?" she cried.

"I'm fine," he mumbled. He could only pamper her. Turning, he regained his cold expression. "I lost my balance," he calmly explained to the stunned Philip and Tyrone.

Philip nodded, knowing Tiffany's obedience meant it wasn't her fault. Tyrone secretly gave Tiffany a thumbs-up. Impressive!

He decided to cozy up to Tiffany from that day on.

After a three-hour flight, the plane landed at a beautiful manor resembling an ancient castle, surrounded by lush green fields. This was Richard's Traron City residence—extravagantly opulent. Even Philip, a world traveler, was impressed.

After thanking Richard, Philip wanted to leave with Tiffany, but Richard said, "Miss Kelley, stay here. I believe Philip has things to do."

Tiffany shook her head; she didn't want to be in a dangerous situation. But Philip readily agreed. "Okay." Mr. Fremont, can you be more reliable? she thought.

Richard smiled and arranged a car for Philip. Philip, a Traron City native, did have business, and couldn't chaperone Tiffany everywhere. Besides, he needed to prepare for his successor. He felt comfortable leaving Kelley with Richard.

"Come on, I'll show you around," Richard said, leading Tiffany into the manor. Servants stood respectfully, shocked to see Tiffany with their long-absent master. They lowered their heads, silently retreating.

Tiffany found the style similar to Royal Bay and felt comfortable. Richard showed her around, intending to take her into Traron City, but Tyrone rushed over, whispering urgently to Richard.

Tiffany said, "Go ahead. I'm sleepy and want a nap." Richard nodded indulgently, ruffling her hair before leaving.

The servants, sensing Tiffany's importance to Richard, respectfully led her to a guest room—huge, overlooking the green fields. They left, closing the door behind them. Tiffany yawned and fell asleep.

But within five minutes, a commotion erupted below. A woman was berating the servants.

Tiffany awoke, pulling open the curtains. A beautifully dressed woman stood in the manor, scolding a servant who'd dirtied her heels. "Kneel and wipe it clean!" she demanded. "What's the use of feeding you if you can't even do this right!"

The servant was reduced to tears, apologizing profusely. Wendy, the woman, slapped the servant. Another slap was about to land when a lazy voice called from above, "You came to someone else's territory to cause trouble, Miss. Do you know the rules?"

Wendy, thinking it was a busybody, looked up to see Tiffany on the second-floor railing. Her beauty and aura were striking, instantly alarming Wendy. "Who are you? Why are you here?" she demanded.

"It's none of your business," Tiffany replied, smiling insincerely.

Enraged, Wendy grabbed the beaten servant. "Who is that vixen?!" she demanded. The servant shook her head, sobbing, "I don't know"

Wendy, still furious, raised her hand to strike the servant again when a pebble landed at her feet. Everyone looked up as Tiffany gracefully leaped from the second floor
