Listen to this chapter:

Tiffany’s smile deepened. She opened her arms, saying, “Alright, don't cry. Worst case, I'll hug you.”

Abbie laughed, then, taking her seriously, stepped forward and hugged Tiffany. "Thank you," she whispered.

Tiffany patted Abbie's back, sighing and jokingly lamenting, "I don't know how to respond when you thank me like that. Warm and soft in my arms like this, I almost wish I were a man. What a shame."

Abbie was stunned; her gratitude evaporated. "Jerk!" she muttered, exasperated.

Tiffany laughed, her light, crisp voice attracting attention. After all, two stunning beauties with breathtaking figures and legendary looks naturally drew admiring glances.

When they returned to the private room, Abbie’s gloomy mood had vanished. After finishing their meal, Tiffany paid the bill, and the group left the fondue restaurant. Abbie, Nevaeh, and the assistant left in their van; Tiffany and Zoe took another car. "I'll drop you off first," Tiffany said, yawning as she instructed the driver to head toward Zoe's place.

Night had fallen, and city lights glowed against the dark sky. Even at her doorstep, Zoe seemed dazed, almost disoriented. She pinched her cheeks, checking if she was dreaming, and occasionally consulted a photo of herself and Abbie, reassuring herself that it was real.

Zoe covered her face and sighed. "Oh my God, today felt like a dream!"

Tiffany chuckled. "Is that all you've got? Alright, go on up. I'll head back now."

"Okay! Thanks, Tiffany!" Zoe waved excitedly as the car pulled away.

"Where to next, Miss Kelley?" the driver, David, asked.

Tiffany thought for a moment. Remembering Lucifer's apparent loneliness from yesterday's phone call with Richard, she said, "Let's go to Royal Bay."

"Understood," David replied, driving toward Royal Bay.

Tiffany was surprised to find Richard not at home. The servant quickly admitted the car, nodding and saying, "Miss Kelley, Mr. Hampton isn't home, but he said if you came, you should feel free to make yourself at home and be informal."

"Thank you," Tiffany said, heading straight for the backyard.

Lucifer bounded over joyfully. His large size could have easily knocked her over, but he skillfully stopped, crouching obediently at her feet.

"Lucifer is obedient," Tiffany said, stroking his head. His well-built, robust form and shining fur showed he was thriving at Royal Bay. He was growing stronger every day, exuding a commanding presence.

After playing with Lucifer, Tiffany decided to leave since Richard wasn't home. As she was about to leave, the servant said, "If you're looking for Mr. Hampton, he's at Tech Building No. 9."

"Oh?" Tiffany was startled. Noticing the servant's smile, she thought, 'Am I that obvious?' Feeling her cheeks flush, she told David, "Let's go to Tech Building No. 9."

"Got it," David replied, driving toward Tech Building No. 9.

Atop the Tech Building, a tall, agile figure navigated obstacles and infrared security systems, reaching the building's core. An ordinary-looking stone—the key to operating the building's mechanisms—lay there.

The heavily cloaked man reached for the stone. The building's alarm blared. Garry and his men emerged, surrounding him. "We've been waiting for you," Garry said. The man was Codename K, the Phantom of a Thousand Faces, renowned for his disguise skills.

Unfazed, Codename K calmly smiled, forcibly taking the stone. He remarked casually, "Is that all you've got?" He had escaped countless times before.

Garry sneered. "This time, you won't get away."

"Then let's see," Codename K replied with a chilling smile. A cold voice echoed, "Is that so?" A palpable pressure filled the air.

Codename K looked up to see Richard, exuding an air of nobility and cool detachment. His commanding aura made everyone shiver.

Codename K, gripping the stone, sprinted backward with astonishing speed, vanishing instantly.

Richard smirked. "He runs pretty fast."

Before Garry could speak, Richard vanished. On the rooftop, Codename K encountered an invisible barrier, bouncing him back to Richard's feet.

Terror struck Codename K. Richard was far more formidable than he'd imagined.

Richard looked down with icy eyes. "Hand it over. Don't make me repeat."

"You can't hurt me," Codename K laughed, removing his disguise. His handsome features glowed eerily. "You can only let me go."

"Oh really?" Richard replied, stepping forward forcefully.

Codename K violently coughed, blood splattering. The blow felt like his chest bones were crushing.

"Hand it over," Richard's gaze grew icier.

Codename K shook his head, smiling confidently. "I told you, you can only let me go…"

Tiffany arrived at the base of the impressive tech building. Its grandeur was a testament to Richard's vision. It was said that the investment was immeasurable, requiring nine iterations to meet standards.

As Tiffany was about to enter, someone stopped her. "Sorry, you can't go in without permission."

"I came to see…" She was about to say Richard's name when a familiar scent wafted past—the unique aroma of Medicinal Haven. She thought, "It's Mr. Quinn!" The final sentence mentioning the FindNovel website has been removed as it is promotional content.
