Chapter 325

Sandra didn't expect such an outcome. Stunned, she wanted to speak, but Charlie snatched a cup from the coffee table and hurled it at her.

"Did you hear me? Don't make me do it again!" Charlie yelled, smashing more cups at her.

Had she not dodged quickly, she would have been injured. Furious, Sandra grabbed her bag and left, hissing, "You're crazy! Your whole family is crazy!"

As the door slammed shut, Thalia slumped to the floor, bursting into tears. "It's all my fault! It's all my fault!"

Charlie panted, his lips trembling. No words could mend things; he didn't know how to comfort his wife or himself. Sandra's words had shattered their peaceful life. He covered his face and slowly slid onto the sofa.

After a long while, Thalia, still sobbing, picked up the scattered pieces of a report. With tears streaming down her face, she pieced them together on the coffee table, one page at a time. Trembling, she looked at the name columns. On the left were the couple's names; on the right, Melody's.

The second Thalia saw the names, her mind went blank, her expression changing drastically. She stumbled back, her body trembling.

"It's her? So so she's actually my daughter?" she whispered, her face wet with tears.

No wonder she'd found Melody familiar at Sandra's wedding banquet, and felt an inexplicable bond. Melody was her biological daughter, living in Lovell City, right under their noses, unknown until this moment.

"Oh my gosh! Why are you doing this to me?" Thalia cried. It was too late. She wanted to acknowledge her daughter, but what would she tell Tiffany? She couldn't bear to break the news to the daughter she'd bonded with over the years.

"Once I make the decision, what will it do to Tiffany?" Thalia wondered.

After a long cry, Thalia tried to calm herself. Looking at Charlie, she said, "Let's keep it a secret and carry on, alright? We've been wrong for over ten years."

He hesitated, then replied, "Okay."

Charlie pulled her into his arms, letting out a long sigh. That night, they decided to secretly support Melody and give her a good life. They owed her, but would never acknowledge her publicly.

They kept everything the same, trying to prevent anyone from disrupting their lives. This was the best they could do. However, Sandra didn't like this. The more she thought about it, the angrier she became on her drive home. She'd expected the paternity test to hinder Tiffany, but the Kelleys would rather abandon their long-lost biological daughter than hurt Tiffany's feelings.

Sandra groaned. "Tiffany is just a parentless bastard, but the Kelleys treat her like a treasure! How ridiculous!"

Chapter 823

Sandra gritted her teeth. After much thought, her eyes widened, a gleeful smile spreading across her face. "The Kelleys lack courage; I can help them. I don't need to tell everyone about Tiffany; it's enough for Melody to know."

This plan improved her mood. She immediately sent the paternity test report to Melody's phone. When Melody saw it, she would know what to do. Otherwise, she wouldn't be worthy of joining forces with Sandra against Tiffany.

The car stopped. Sandra hummed as she got out. Entering her newly decorated castle, she saw Felix lounging on the sofa, idly playing with a lighter.

The dark green flame flickered, making his handsome face seem even more devilish.

Sandra's heart pounded, her eyes overflowing with adoration. In the past, she'd only cared for Kenneth for what he could offer her. Now, she realized there were better men.

"Mr. Quaid," she whispered, walking towards him, her cheeks flushed with anticipation and admiration.

With a click, Felix closed the lighter, extinguishing the flame. He looked at Sandra…
