Chapter 451
The head of the Treasure Pavilion wasn't the only one shocked. Onlookers were stunned by the scene.
"Geez, weren't those the people who broke into the Treasure Pavilion earlier? And now they're out in just a few hours?"
"Cleared already? Damn, that's nuts!"
"It's really them. I thought there was no way they'd make it out. Didn't know the Treasure Pavilion was that easy. A blind person could escape!"
"Shut up! The last guy who thought getting into the Treasure Pavilion was easy is buried now! If you're not scared, go ahead and try!"
The chatter spread rapidly, and the Treasure Pavilion incident was sure to become the town's hottest topic.
Morwen clenched her jaw, wanting to silence them, but she could only hush her own subordinates. The others were civilians, and she was always careful to maintain her reputation as a Saintess. She wouldn't create a scene.
Her only course of action was to get Tiffany out quickly. "You guys go ahead. The car's waiting," she said. Kenneth glanced at the nearby car, its two drivers appearing to be Morwen's people. This didn't sit well with him; something felt wrong.
His face paled as he subtly signaled his team, who were keeping their distance. They quickly rushed over. Kenneth had his own crew and helicopter; he didn't need Morwen's assistance.
"Sir—" One of the Harper family's subordinates nearly revealed Kenneth's true identity upon seeing his injuries, but Kenneth stopped him with a look.
"Let's go." Supported by two subordinates, Kenneth turned to Tiffany, gently pulling the rope. "Come on, I'll hold your hand."
Tiffany nodded and watched as the group moved toward the helicopter, ready for takeoff from the edge of the deserted island.
Morwen gritted her teeth, frustration evident on her face. She couldn't let Tiffany leave so easily, especially now that she was blind. This was the perfect opportunity to strike.
If she didn't act quickly, it would be too late once Tiffany's identity was revealed.
Morwen's gaze hardened. However, since she was back with the Azure Sea Royal Palace, she couldn't leave without an explanation. That would raise too many questions.
So, she whispered to her subordinates, "Follow them. Stay out of sight. And bring guns. I want that bitch gone, no excuses. If she doesn't die, you will. Got it?"
"Yes!" Her subordinates replied instantly. As soon as the helicopter took off, they dispatched their own helicopter to follow.
Meanwhile, Tiffany leaned against the cabin wall. She could faintly perceive light ahead, like the soft glow from a window. It wasn't much, but it was enough to bring a sigh of relief. Her vision was starting to recover, albeit slowly. Tiffany was grateful for the progress.

Chapter 451
The helicopter was heading toward Lovell City, but another helicopter was closely tailing them.
Odin noticed the unusual movement. He wanted to report it to Kenneth, but Kenneth passed out the moment he boarded the helicopter. The onboard doctor was already working to remove bullets and treat his wounds. Kenneth was in critical condition. The Harper family would likely be furious upon their return.
Odin scratched his head, glancing at Tiffany. He felt a lingering resentment.
If not for Tiffany, Kenneth wouldn't have gone to the Azure Sea Royal Palace, and his leg injury was so severe that long-term damage was uncertain.
Though Tiffany couldn't see clearly, her other senses were heightened. She felt the hostility, but remained silent.
Almost three days had passed since she left. She couldn't help but worry about Richard.
Tiffany frowned, wishing for a quicker return to Lovell City.
Meanwhile, back at Royal Bay, John—usually meticulous about his appearance—had stubble and dark circles under his eyes. He looked like he hadn't slept in days, and his mood was grim. Sidney entered the master bedroom and kicked John, who was sleeping on the floor. "Get up," he said, pointing to the door. "Out. It's my shift now."
"I'm not leaving," John mumbled, sitting up. He was exhausted but resolute. "What happened last night nearly killed me. I'm not leaving until Mr. Hampton wakes up."
The previous night, Richard had suffered another cardiac arrest. It had been a close call. If Sidney hadn't reacted quickly, the outcome could have been disastrous. John was too shaken to leave. Sidney looked at the heart monitor, watching the fluctuating numbers. He suppressed any argument.
But simply sitting there felt insufficient. If Richard didn't wake up within two days, Sidney feared there would be little hope.
He sighed, looking down at Richard. This usually sharp, composed man lay unconscious. His handsome face was pale, his brows furrowed even in sleep.
It turned out even a body of steel couldn't withstand the betrayal of a lover.
Sidney's expression was complex as he turned to Garry, who was following him. "Where's Tiffany? Where is she?" In this situation, no one could wake Richard—not him, not John. Only Tiffany could. Garry hesitated. "I heard… I heard she went on a trip."
It was unbelievable. She had stabbed Richard, delivering a lethal blow. Now, she was gone, without a trace of guilt.
Sidney struggled to process this. But John, upon hearing the news, scoffed bitterly. "I really misjudged her."
He had called her Mrs. Hampton, trusted her. Her betrayal hit hard.
No one deserved to be stabbed by someone they loved and believed in. John clenched his fists, punching the ground, his eyes filled with rage. He was sickened by Richard's suffering.
