Chapter 507

In Morwen's view, the thought of Tiffany dancing was absurd; it would only lead to embarrassment. She wondered if Jeremy would still find her unattractive. Morwen gritted her teeth, nearly losing her composure, driven by a fierce urge to compete.

Tiffany, amused, asked, "Why should I agree?" The request felt dismissive.

"You" Morwen stammered, momentarily speechless. Remembering her purpose, she suppressed her anger, refusing to walk away. Instead, she grabbed Tiffany's hand.

At that moment, the cruise ship's lights went out. Darkness enveloped everything, so complete that outstretched hands were invisible. A guest screamed. Jeremy instantly reached for Tiffany, but his hand found only air.

Two minutes later, the lights returned. The server, unfazed, continued serving, as if nothing had happened. The room quickly regained its lively buzz, but Tiffany and Morwen were gone. Jeremy's expression turned grim as he searched for them.

Tiffany was in a small, empty secret room stocked with tools for control and compliance. She clicked her tongue in amusement. "You're tough on yourself, preparing all this?" she said, picking up a stun device and turning to Morwen.

Just before the power failure, Morwen had seized Tiffany's hand. A hidden passage opened, and they fell into the room below. Morwen had planned to attack upon landing, but Tiffany quickly overpowered her.

After subduing Morwen, Tiffany removed her bracelet. With a pull, it transformed into a whip, binding Morwen. The bracelet, a gift from Ged, appeared to be a simple accessory, but it was a surprisingly effective weapon.

Tiffany sat lazily, looking down at the bound Morwen. She sneered. "Is this all Miss Xanthus is capable of?"

Morwen's face flushed, but she retorted coldly, "Tiffany Kelley, what are you so proud of? Do you think you won't be begging me later?"

"Oh! So confident!" Tiffany replied.

"Of course!" Morwen sneered. "Everyone on this cruise is under my command. Do you think you can escape? One word from me, and the ship will be set on fire. If you want to die, we can both go together!"

Morwen knew she wasn't physically stronger, but she was prepared. A helicopter would rescue her when the ship burned. Tiffany, however, couldn't swim, leaving her with only two choices: burn or drown. 'Dare to threaten me?' Morwen thought, smiling smugly.

"I suggest you release me now," Morwen said. "While I'm in a good mood, I won't hold it against you. I might even spare your life."

"I overestimated you," Tiffany said indifferently. "You're not just smart, but foolish! Fine, have someone start the fire." Tiffany opened the door.

Morwen's subordinates, strategically positioned, rushed forward, only to be knocked back by Tiffany. Seizing the opportunity, Morwen shouted, "Set the fire! Burn the ship!"

A subordinate returned, saying, "Miss Xanthus, the gasoline was sabotaged! Only one barrel remains!"

"What?!" Morwen exclaimed.

Morwen turned to Tiffany. "It was you! How did you know about the gasoline?"

Tiffany yawned. "Your scheming was obvious. Did you think I needed to guess?"

Morwen's face ashen, shouted, "One barrel is enough! Set it on fire!"

The subordinate hesitated; one barrel was insufficient.

"What are you waiting for? Go!" Morwen yelled. The subordinate, reluctantly, went to carry out the order.

Tiffany's amusement was interrupted when a subordinate fired a bullet at her. She dodged, and her dagger flew, striking the subordinate's arm.

Tiffany's expression remained cold. "Enough. All of you, get out."

They didn't move. Tiffany stunned Morwen. A piercing scream echoed through the room. Tiffany's demeanor was ruthless. "Do I need to repeat myself?" she asked coldly. Another stun followed another scream.

Morwen had planned everything, but her preparations were no match for Tiffany’s skills. The weapons were now in Tiffany's hands. Her subordinates fled in panic.

Tiffany pointed at the man who had shot at her. "Give me back my dagger."

He reluctantly complied. Tiffany wiped the blood from the dagger.

Morwen backed away. "What do you think you're doing? I'm a royal Saintess! You can't touch me!"

Tiffany slapped Morwen and sneered. "Do you even know who I am?"
