Chapter 522

June pursed her lips. The more she observed Grelle, the more hypocritical and disgusting Grelle seemed. Regardless of Grelle's innocent appearance, only Grelle knew her true thoughts and simmering anger.

Tiffany yawned lazily, waving a hand dismissively. "Go on. Don't mind me; I'm just here to watch the show."

"Tiffany…" Grelle squeezed her hand. "Are you still angry with me? I didn't mean to fall at the airport yesterday. It was my fault for not standing steadily; I fell after a slight push…"

'A slight push? What a wonderful way to phrase it,' Tiffany thought, offering a wry smile. 'Her statement confirms I pushed her, portraying her as innocent and weak. At the same time, her words disgust me.' She wondered why she hadn't recognized Grelle's scheming nature during their time in Melvor Mountain.

Tiffany smiled thinly, a smile that didn't reach her eyes. "Why would I blame you? As I said, I'm just here to watch the show. Continue filming your advertisement."

Grelle nodded, smiling. "Alright then…" She returned to the filming location. The photographer finally expressed barely-concealed satisfaction after much effort. Grelle sighed in relief.

However, before filming concluded, Grelle saw Tiffany still sitting in the rest area, surrounded by a large quantity of fruit, cakes, and milkshakes. It seemed she intended to remain a spectator, but Grelle couldn't guess her purpose.

'Is she watching me make a fool of myself? But she didn't even look when the photographer scolded me,' Grelle mused. Tiffany sat under her parasol, radiating an enviable air of contentment and ease.

Grelle's eyes flashed. She discreetly called her company. "Hello, Baron, didn't you mention arranging an interview for me? Schedule it at the film studio complex; they can interview me after my commercial shoot."

'Yes, this will allow Tiffany to appear on screen,' Grelle thought. The incident at the airport had caused a considerable stir; she intended to capitalize on the situation.

'With Tiffany's personality, she won't mind being on camera,' Grelle reasoned confidently. Any further conflict would provide an opportunity to publicize her version of events, claiming Tiffany targeted her due to a misunderstanding of Grelle's relationship with Richard. This would allow the media to speculate about a romantic connection between herself and Richard.

'Tiffany started the conflict with Richard. Everyone is criticizing her; no one will support her.' With this thought, Grelle hung up, a smug smile playing on her lips. Filming resumed.

This time, Grelle occasionally glanced back to check if Tiffany had left. Seeing Tiffany remained, she gradually relaxed. The remaining filming went smoothly, concluding after twenty minutes. Coincidentally, the interviewer arrived at that moment.

It was a promotional interview, deliberately arranged by Ascendant Entertainment to boost Grelle's profile. This gave Grelle the perfect chance to leverage the recent events. She answered all questions smoothly. As the reporters prepared to leave, Grelle glanced to the side. "Are you finished? I have a friend waiting."

She smiled sweetly. The reporters followed her gaze, seeing a flawless profile – a breathtaking beauty resembling an otherworldly elf, seated in a rattan chair bathed in sunlight. Her long hair cascaded like a waterfall; her side profile was stunning. The reporters were speechless. Upon closer inspection, they realized the beauty was Tiffany.

The reporters' eyes lit up, realizing they had stumbled upon unexpected material. They immediately rushed towards the rest area with their cameras. A triumphant smile graced Grelle's lips as she followed.

"Tiffany, sorry to keep you waiting," she said. Tiffany was conversing with June. June, having noticed the approaching reporters, frowned. "Tiffany, should we leave?" she asked, concerned about the potential for unwanted attention.

Tiffany shook her head, smiling enigmatically. "I've been waiting all afternoon to give her this chance. Don't worry, June. Watch the show." June, reluctantly, complied.

The reporters surged forward, followed by Grelle, who approached Tiffany, taking her hand affectionately. "Tiffany, I'm sorry. May I treat you to a meal?"

Yesterday, she had been pushed away at the airport because Tiffany disliked being touched. This time, as Grelle reached for her, Tiffany attempted to gently push her away. Grelle, using the same tactic, dramatically fell to the ground. From an outsider's perspective, it appeared Tiffany had pushed her.

The reporters saw Grelle's eyes reddening with feigned grievance, feeling indignant on her behalf. They glared at Tiffany, thinking, 'She already apologized! What more does she want?'

Grelle remained kneeling, pitifully clutching Tiffany's hand and sobbing, "Tiffany, you've misunderstood. I have nothing to do with Mr. Hampton…"

The statement created a sensation. The reporters, sensing a juicy story, speculated, 'So Miss Kelley was bullying her out of jealousy over Mr. Hampton!'

June nearly lost her composure, wanting to intervene. 'She's making things up! How shameless!' she thought. Tiffany remained silent, leaving June to simmer in frustration.

Grelle continued crying. "Tiffany, if this misunderstanding is because of me, I'll leave. But Mr. Hampton truly loves you. You hurt him before…"

This brought up Tiffany's past conflict with Richard, reigniting a previously subsided public debate. Tiffany’s past actions, once fading from memory, were now vividly recalled.

"You're a good actress," Tiffany remarked, her tone even and calm. "Perhaps you should reconsider your words."
