Chapter 1597

"Cameron Rollins," he replied dully.

"Then, who am I?" Rhea pointed to herself with a slight smile.

After a moment, Cameron replied, "Master."

"No. I want you to call me Rhea. I am your master, and you must obey my orders, but outside, call me Rhea. Understand?" She emphasized, meeting his gaze.

He nodded mechanically. "Understood."

"Great!" Rhea was delighted. She then reiterated her instructions.

After about an hour, they emerged from the study. Fabian, waiting outside, lay sprawled asleep on the sofa, snoring.

Suddenly, a voice boomed, "Fabian Moore!"

Fabian jolted awake, tumbling off the sofa. Seeing Cameron, he quickly wiped the drool from his mouth and grinned. "Ron!"

"Tell your men to prepare the base. Rhea and her labmates will relocate soon. The project brooks no delay. It must be completed immediately!" Cameron stated, seating himself.

Fabian, momentarily stunned, quickly recovered. "Okay! I'll dispatch a team at once!" He hesitated. "But, Ron, the legal procedures..."

"I'll handle the legal aspects. Just do as I say," Cameron said, frowning slightly.

Seeing Cameron wasn't angry, Fabian nodded and bowed. This was unusual. "Okay! With your blessing, I'm relieved. I'll get it done immediately. I'll ensure everything proceeds smoothly!" He stood, eager to begin. Seeing Rhea, he called out, "Ree, are you coming?"

"No. I still need to discuss a few things with Uncle Cameron," she replied, settling comfortably opposite him.

Fabian was puzzled. His daughter was unpredictable. He couldn't fathom what she'd done to make Cameron so obedient, but it mattered little as long as it benefited him. "All right! Don't keep your uncle up too late. He needs rest!"

Seeing Cameron remained silent, Fabian quickly left before he changed his mind.

Rhea waited two minutes, hearing nothing from the guest room. She turned to Cameron. "Tasia is so quiet. Aren't you worried?"

Cameron silently sipped his tea, seemingly unconcerned.

"What if something happens to her because you locked her in the room?"

He continued sipping, ignoring her.

"Uncle Cameron, go check on her," Rhea insisted.

Finally, Cameron reacted. He set down his cup, rose, and went to the guest room. He opened the door and stood outside. Anastasia sat on the bed, her back to the door, appearing breathless. When the door opened, she didn't turn.

"Anastasia, are you happy now?" Rhea, who'd followed, asked with a smile.
