Listen to this chapter:

Dustin rose from his chair, his gaze icy. Bianca’s face darkened. "Don't you know the trouble you're in?" she hissed. "You really want to die?" She glanced at an underling. "Go. Beat some sense into him."

The fighter advanced on Dustin, poised to strike. Dustin impatiently waved his hand. The fighter clutched his neck, blood welling, and collapsed.

Bianca’s face went white. "That's impossible! How can you still kill?" Her eyes widened in shock. Logically, a fighter poisoned with the Decina Neutralizing Fragrance wouldn't even have the strength to move, let alone kill. Her assailant was a seventh-grade fighter—no weakling—yet Dustin had killed him with effortless ease.

"Could it beyou aren't poisoned?" she whispered, the words shaking her. She dismissed the thought. "It's impossible! You're breathing normally, but you definitely inhaled the Decina Neutralizing Fragrance. You must be forcing yourself to look strong. Are you trying to scare me? It won't work!" She was certain he was faking it, weak inside. "I'm sure you don't even have the strength to walk!"

Dustin smiled mockingly, raising a hand. With a whoosh, several needles shot out. The fighter beside Bianca collapsed, eyes wide.

Bianca's expression shifted. "How could this be? Do you have the antidote for the Decina Neutralizing Fragrance?"

Dustin grinned. "I don't have any antidote. However, I became immune to the Decina Neutralizing Fragrance when I was ten years old." Lucas had helped him train his body to withstand any poison. The Decina Neutralizing Fragrance was nothing to him.

"What?!" Bianca was utterly perplexed. This poison, obtained through her family's considerable influence, terrified even powerful fighters. How could Dustin be immune? Who was he?

"Do you think you'll be fine just because you aren't poisoned?" Bianca sneered. "Don't forget, I still have your father's remains! Don't make any sudden moves! If you don't listen to me, my men will destroy them. You'll regret it forever!" Dustin smiled, flicking a photograph to Bianca's feet.

Bianca frowned, her eyes widening in shock. The photograph showed the corpse of the gravekeeper she had bribed. How had Dustin found him?

"I had people monitoring you twenty-four hours a day," Dustin said, smiling. "If you hadn't contacted him, I wouldn't have found him."

Bianca was furious. She was cunning and intelligent, yet she'd fallen for his trick. No one had noticed his constant surveillance, despite the Winter family's fighters' rigorous counter-surveillance training.

"You really have some tricks up your sleeve," Bianca admitted, her face darkening. "It's lucky I always have backup plans." She clapped her hands. "Get in! Hurry!"

The house door burst open, and someone was shoved inside.
