Chapter 150

After thanking them again, the West family led Dustin to the living room for tea. Dustin, however, had no time for pleasantries. He looked directly at Irene.

"I'm here for the Fox family's martial arts manual. When will you give it to me?" he demanded.

His abruptness stunned the West family. Connor's face darkened.

"I knew you had a hidden agenda! So, you're here for a martial arts manual!" Clark sneered. "The West family possesses no such manual. We only have our own."

Dustin's gaze turned icy. He leveled a steady look at Clark.

"Irene, did you promise Mr. Fox anything?" Connor asked.

"Uncle Connor, I promised the manual as a reward; I was desperate. I told Mr. Fox we'd give it to him if he saved our family," Irene explained anxiously. "What good is the manual if the family is destroyed?"

Connor considered this for a moment. "You're right. It's pointless if the family's gone." He nodded.

"Mr. Fox, you're at least an eighth-grade fighter, if not higher. That's remarkable for your age. However, Samuel Manson, the Terminator, is an elite fighter—cruel, cunning, and unbeatable" Connor said gravely. "You saved my father; you're our savior. We won't let you walk to your death. As for the manual, perhaps I can show it to you after obtaining my father's permission?"

Dustin frowned. He didn't want to merely look at it; he wanted to possess it.

"Samuel Manson, the Terminator, you say? When is he coming? I'll kill him," Dustin stated flatly.

The West family was taken aback. Was he overconfident?

"You overestimate yourself!" Clark scoffed.

Suddenly, laughter boomed from outside. "Bold words!"

Terror gripped the West family.

"Samuel Manson, the Terminator!" they gasped, their faces etched with fear. "That's my name, indeed!"

A figure dropped from the ceiling and entered the living room. The man exuded violence; his formidable strength was undeniable.

Samuel Manson was undeniably arrogant. He moved with a swagger, unafraid of attack, his confidence stemming from his formidable skills. An elite fighter of the Five Venoms Sect, he was also a skilled poisoner. Few could defeat him, so he acted as he pleased.

"Samuel, your deadline is still six days away. What are you doing here?" Connor asked harshly.

"Oh, ten days? I just say things. I can decimate your family whenever I please!" Samuel sneered mockingly. "But I didn't expect the West family to send a half-grown punk to face me. Are you delusional?" He glared at Dustin with amusement.

The West family members felt humiliated by his taunts.

Dustin stood, his expression unchanged. "When I kill him, you'll give me the manual," he said calmly to the West family.

The West family was stunned. Could he not see the danger? This was the infamous Samuel Manson, the Terminator!

"Kill me?" Samuel roared with laughter, looking down at Dustin with disdain. Dustin was just a young man. How could he possibly possess such skill? Samuel saw him as no threat at all. Bloodlust gleamed in his eyes.
