Listen to this chapter:

Hell Hall’s information network was sophisticated and widespread. Yet, it failed to uncover significant details about such a seemingly insignificant family on the outskirts of Lannopolis. This suggested the Sorensen family was concealing something; they were not as unremarkable as they appeared. "No matter what," Dustin said solemnly, "I will obtain the 200-year-old Solomon's Seal!"

Soon, the car stopped. "My Liege, we have arrived at the Sorensen family villa," a voice announced from outside.

Dustin exited the vehicle. The villa was ancient, easily centuries old. The modest front gate bore a sign identifying it as the Sorensen residence. Dustin examined the villa, a look of surprise on his face. He sensed the family was unusual.

He signaled for a Hell Guard to ring the doorbell. Ideally, they would acquire the Solomon's Seal discreetly. He was prepared to pay handsomely; if persuasion failed, more forceful methods would be employed.

"May I ask whom you seek, gentlemen?" An elderly, slightly stooped man with clouded eyes opened the gate. He appeared to be in his seventies. But upon seeing him, Dustin froze.

"Sir, we are here to request some herbs from the Sorensen family," Dustin said, bowing.

"Oh? What herbs?" the old man inquired, looking up.

"Solomon's Seal," Dustin replied, but before he could continue, a blinding light flashed.

Several cars sped toward them, halting in a line on the narrow driveway. Timothy, Elisa, and their Martial League contingent had arrived, having followed Dustin's car. Elisa, upon seeing Dustin, was instantly agitated.

"Where is Bianca, Dustin? Where are you keeping her?" she demanded.

Timothy sneered, "How dare you resist my prime-level warrant, Fox? You even destroyed my Dragon Pendant! You cannot atone for this, even in ten lifetimes!" He sought retribution for Dustin's actions.

Dustin regarded them impatiently. The old man’s expression also hardened. "Besides," the old man said, "you have too many vehicles; they obstruct the road. Please remove them from our property."

Timothy was enraged by the old man's audacity. How dare a member of an obscure Lannopolis family speak to him thus?

"Do you know who I am, old man?" Timothy said icily. "You are dealing with someone far beyond your comprehension! It should be an honor to have my car parked outside your home! Do you dare to prevent me from parking here?"

"Is that so?" The old man raised his head, a glint in his cloudy eyes.

He calmly lifted a foot and stamped it on the ground. The earth trembled violently, as if from an explosion. Timothy's car was launched into the air, exploding in a shower of sparks.

A collective gasp arose. Dustin’s eyes narrowed. His assessment was correct; this old man possessed extraordinary abilities. 'His pure energy is formidable!' he thought.
