They had the qualifications to reach the second floor? That was impossible.
"Stop yelling," Dustin said indifferently. "I'm a VIP here."
"How… how is this possible?!" Elisa exclaimed, slightly agitated. "Only a few people in Lannopolis can be VIPs here. How could you be one? Stop bragging! You must be lying!" She was too stunned to speak. Jaxon could come upstairs because of his Gold Membership and his status as a member of Lannopolis's first family. But Dustin? He was just useless trash. How could he be a VIP?
"Irene, don't bother with those who look down on you," Dustin said, ignoring Elisa. "Go and pick some clothes for yourself."
This deeply offended Elisa, nearly making her storm off. Jaxon's face darkened. He reevaluated Dustin, realizing the surviving descendant of the Fox family was different from Elisa's description.
"Dustin, I don't think we can afford the clothes on the second floor…" Irene whispered, her voice trembling after glancing at a dress's price tag. The seven-digit price range was frightening; even those who gained access to this floor couldn't necessarily afford anything here. She was already distressed by a seven-hundred-thousand-dollar dress; these dresses cost millions.
"How about we just look?" she whispered softly.
"What are you talking about?" Dustin chuckled. "Just try whatever you like. If you think it suits you, we can buy it. Don't worry about the money."
Irene gulped, her gaze instinctively drawn to a classy white dress. It was clear she liked it.
"Give it a try," Dustin said, taking the dress down and handing it to her.
Irene hesitated, but the temptation was too strong. She took the dress, walked to the dressing room, telling herself she would only try it on. When she emerged, she looked breathtaking. Dustin was stunned. Jaxon stared, causing Elisa to tremble with anger.
"You're stunning!" Dustin exclaimed. "We'll buy this!"
"Okay," the service assistant replied, beginning to process the order.
Irene felt flustered and doubtful.
"Hold on!" Elisa suddenly shouted. "Miss, I'll buy that dress!" She pointed at Irene.
"Uh…" The service assistant hesitated.
"Do you think you're so great because you're up here?" Elisa sneered. "Irene West, you like that white dress, huh? What a coincidence! I also like it. I'm buying it. Take it off now!"
Irene was stunned, and Dustin's face darkened.
"We saw it first," Dustin stated.
"So?" Elisa sneered haughtily. "According to membership rules, higher-level members have priority. Even if you're a VIP, you're probably just Bronze or Silver at most. Jaxon's a Gold Member. How do you compare? If I want what you've chosen, I can take it, and there's nothing you can do about it. That's the privilege of a higher rank! Tough luck!"
She then glared at Irene. "Irene West, take it off now! That's my dress. Don't you dare stain it! You can't afford to compensate!"
Irene's face froze. She took a deep breath, preparing to remove the dress. Anyway, we can't afford it, she thought.
Elisa's face lit up with smug satisfaction. "Even if you're able to come up here, so what? It's still up to me! I will grab whatever you like. What can you do to me?"
