Chapter 124: It’s Actually Genuine

Before Stephanie could speak, someone from Class B whispered, “She’s not wearing a fake; could that actually be the real thing?”

Seeing the situation, Rachel pulled Myrna aside. “Mya, let it go. I’m fine.”

The bracelet was a gift from Myma, and whether it was fake or real, it was a treasure in her heart. She wasn’t afraid of embarrassing herself, but she was afraid Myrna would be laughed at by Stephanie’s group because of her.

People from Class B saw her pulling Myrna aside and immediately said, “See, she admitted she’s wearing fake stuff. You’re still defending her. Wearing fake stuff isn’t a big deal; it’s not shameful. She can’t afford the real thing anyway. She wore the fake stuff first; Stephanie mistook it for her own Sparkling Gems—can you blame Stephanie?”

With her saying this, it seemed as if Stephanie had indiscriminately accused people of theft without any proof.

Myrna chuckled lightly, her eyebrows cold and sharp, somewhat agitated. Her dark eyes stared at the speaking girl, and she said coldly, “Do you know anything about Sparkling Gems?”

“I…” The girl was shaken by her aura and failed to continue, her disappointment evident.

I realized for a moment that I was feeling guilty for some reason.

He puffed out his chest again, defiantly saying, “I’ve never bought anything, but at least I know about Sparkling Gems. Their stuff is very expensive; Rachel definitely couldn’t afford it.”

“Heh,” Myrna said, her eyes lifting at the corners, one hand in her pocket, a hint of irritation in her tone. “You dare to authenticate something you’ve never even bought? By your logic, big brands wouldn’t need authentication agencies anymore; they could just have you glance at it.”

These words made the girl’s face flush with burning heat.

“She was already wearing fake stuff; how could she possibly afford the real ones?”

“Then I’ll show you what the real deal is.”

Myrna walked over, grabbed Rachel’s hand, rolled up her school uniform sleeve, revealing the bracelet for everyone to see clearly.

As was well known, all items from Sparkling Gems had a tag; their brand’s signature was on the pendant at the bottom of the chain.

Before she could finish her words, someone from Class B retorted discontentedly, “Even fake goods can be signed, which fake goods don’t do nowadays.”

Myrna glanced at her and said indifferently, “Everything from Sparkling Gems can be replicated, except for one series.”

Stephanie’s heart skipped a beat.

The girl’s clear, indifferent voice was heard: “No one can imitate their S series. Because S has a habit of putting a small label on her own things; if you look closely at her works, you will find her own signature…”

“That could also be imitated…”

Myrna curled up the corner of her mouth, scoffing with a light laugh, nonchalantly finding the tag labeled ‘S’ on Rachel’s bracelet. In front of everyone, she tilted it at a 45° angle under the sunlight. The delicate signature ‘S’ on the bracelet, under the reflection of the sunlight, had turned into another letter—N.

“Did you see? No one can imitate S’s work because no one has the technology to do so.” Her dark eyes looked at Stephanie in the crowd, her gaze mocking. “Don’t you know S personally? Haven’t you dined with her? Don’t you know about her habits?”

Stephanie’s face was pale, her palms almost squeezing blood out, and she bit her lips desperately. She couldn’t afford S’s products at all; how could she possibly know about the existence of this anti-counterfeit code-like feature in Sparkling Gems’ high-end series?

At this point, the faces of Class B’s people turned embarrassed. No one had expected that the designer bracelet Rachel was wearing was actually genuine.
