Roy invited Chris out for dinner, and Nina, who had just returned, came along. Knowing Jessica wouldn’t be home tonight, Chris agreed.
“Chris,” Nina came over and hugged Chris. “Haven’t seen you in ages! You look much more energetic than before. Roy said you’ve been down lately.”

“Something like that,” said Roy, taking a sip of tea. He still had to work overtime tonight and couldn’t drink. “Someone is plotting against the Wilder family, and the mastermind is the murderer I’ve been tracking for years. We share a common goal.”
