Listen to this chapter:

It was Nash's voice. He leaned against the car window, feigning fear as he watched the group of black-clad men. Hera spun around, shouting, "This is none of your business! Go!"

Someone else was in the car?

The leader of the black-clad men started, his gaze meeting Nash's. He hadn't sensed the boy's presence. This stealth was extraordinary, beyond the capabilities of an ordinary person. A cold glint flickered in the leader's eyes. "Deal with him!" he commanded.

Hera looked at Nash with guilt. These men were after her, intending to kill and silence her. This young man wouldn't escape either.

One of the men yanked open the car door, reaching for Nash's collar.

"Hey!" Nash sighed helplessly. Then, infinite killing intent erupted from his pitch-black eyes. His youthful demeanor vanished, replaced by chilling coldness.

A loud crash. The black-clad man's chest caved in; he flew like a cannonball. Nash moved like an arrow, his momentum ferocious. He flowed through the crowd with graceful ferocity, a dragon emerging from the sea. Each movement generated a powerful gust of wind, sharp as a blade.

"Attack! Together!" The leader stumbled back, his voice trembling. But before he finished, his subordinates fell, one by one. Within ten seconds, twenty well-trained assassins lay defeated.

"This… this isn't possible," the leader gasped, a chill crawling up his spine. Nash stood calmly by the car, his murderous aura completely gone. This unrestrained power was beyond his comprehension.

He swallowed hard, lunging towards Hera to take her hostage. But Nash vanished. The leader felt a breath on his neck.

"Damn…" His heart plummeted. He sensed the Grim Reaper.

Stage One, Two… Five, Six… Eight, Nine? Stage Nine Heavenly Circulation? A Grandmaster Realm Martial Artist? How could Tili Mountain possess such a master?

Nash placed a hand on his shoulder. "Kneel," he said, his voice gentle yet commanding.

A divine voice pierced the leader's ears. His liver and gallbladder shattered; his eardrums exploded; his blood vessels burst. A crushing weight pressed down, forcing his knees to the ground, shattering the asphalt.

He screamed, "Ahhh… Ahh…!" He knew he was doomed, his fate worse than death. He bit down, rupturing a poison sac in his gums. Nash frowned, pinching his jaw, but it was too late.

"What a pro!" Nash muttered. He'd encountered similar situations overseas, but not this level of assassin in Jonford.

Hera stared at the fallen men, her pale lips trembling. Her eyes widened incredulously as she looked at Nash. Sunlight bathed him; his hair fluttered; a faint smile played on his lips. It was warm, reassuring, calming her fear. It was as if nothing had happened.

After a moment, Hera asked, "What… what do you do for a living?"

Nash smiled, "I'm a farmer."

Hera's mouth twitched. A farmer who could defeat twenty men in ten seconds?

She stood, rushing to Skadi's side. "Skadi, are you… okay?"

Skadi's face was pale. "I… I'm fine!" she gritted out.

Nash bent down. "She has internal injuries; her aura and blood flow is reversed. I'll treat her."

"You can heal too?"

Nash nodded. "As a martial artist, it's natural to know some medicine."

"Then please," Hera bowed.

Nash tapped Skadi's navel, below it, and the back of her head. Skadi spat out dark blood; her complexion improved. The pain eased.

"Skadi, how do you feel?" Hera asked.

"Much… much better," Skadi touched her chest, astonished. She knew the severity of her injuries. This man had healed most of them with a few taps. Even Jonford's best physician couldn't compare.

Nash said casually, "I stopped the bleeding and adjusted her aura and blood flow. Her muscles and meridians are damaged; she needs rest."

"Thank you," Skadi said, her gaze wary but no longer contemptuous.

"You're welcome. I'll change the tire. Let's go to Jonford."

"Okay," Hera agreed.

Skadi whispered to Hera, "Hera, he's powerful, and your sister's fiancé. Be careful!"

"Yeah, I know. Caution is good!" Hera smiled. He hadn't harmed her; he'd saved her. Her cousin had powerful connections; this man wouldn't matter.

Suddenly, she froze. "Skadi, how does his strength compare to Grandfather's?"

Skadi considered. "I can't gauge his strength, but he's more than ten times stronger than Grandfather!"

Hera gasped. Even compared to Mr. Zabel, the president of the Jonford Martial Arts Association? More than ten times stronger?!

Hera stared at Nash, plotting.

Nash changed the tire. Hera drove. Nash asked, "Do you know how to get to 128 Dilvert Road?"

"I'll take you," Hera smiled.

"Isn't that too much trouble?"

"Not at all. I'm going to Grandfather's; we're going the same way."

Nash was surprised. "Your Grandfather's? You're…?" 128 Dilvert Road was the Lewis family residence. Could this beauty be his fiancée?

Hera smiled sweetly. "Let's introduce ourselves. I'm Hera Lewis, the second young lady of the Lewis family!"

"The second young lady? Then you're… my sister-in-law?"

Hera nodded. "You can think of it that way!"

He chuckled. "I seem destined to be a Lewis. I met relatives on the way." He patted his chest. "From now on, we're family. Need help? Let me know."

"Thank you… Brother-in-law!" Hera forced a smile, feeling jealous. Even her cousin's arranged marriage partner was so powerful. When would her grandfather notice her?

They arrived at the Lewis Estate, adorned with lights and decorations. Hera saw her father. She took a breath, approaching him. "Dad, Grandpa gathered the family to discuss his will due to his condition? What's going on?" She wouldn't worry him with what happened.

Harrison Lewis, seeing his daughter, explained reluctantly, "I don't know what your grandfather's up to. He said an important guest is coming. He wants to finalize his will."

Herman emerged, leaning on his cane, surrounded by people.
