Sophia sat next to Harry and said, “My cousin has been like this lately—super hardworking.”

Harry suddenly had a realization. He froze, then suddenly stood up from his chair.

“Marry?”

Harry seemed not to have heard her. He turned his head and spoke softly to Daisy, who was sitting nearby. “Daisy, are you thirsty? Want some water?”

Daisy replied, “Yes.”

After Daisy took a few sips of water from Harry’s hand, she ran back to Isabella to continue their conversation. They were talking about the little toys Isabella had brought for her earlier.

After drinking the water, Daisy went back to Isabella’s side and handed her a small figurine. “I bought this during the New Year holiday when I went to watch a movie. It’s for you.”

Isabella was pleasantly surprised and took it eagerly. “You went to the movies during the New Year holiday?”

“Yeah. My uncle and aunt took me,” Daisy said happily. “After the movie, we played some games. My aunt is really good at games. Unfortunately, my uncle and I had something to do, so we didn’t play for long before we had to leave.”

“My little uncle took me to see a movie that morning, too. But he was in a hurry to go out with friends, so after the movie, we just went home. I didn’t know there were figurines to buy.”

Missing out on the chance to buy a figurine, Isabella looked disappointed. When she heard Daisy praise her aunt’s gaming skills, she couldn’t help but say softly, “My mom is really good at games too.”

“Then next time, I’ll ask my aunt to join, and you can bring your mom. We can play together!”

As Daisy said this, she noticed that Matteo was looking at them. Isabella also noticed and asked, “Dad, what’s wrong?”

Matteo smiled faintly. “Nothing. Continue chatting.”

Harry replied, “Quite smoothly.”
