The distance was too great to clearly discern the emotion in Matteo's eyes, but Freya noticed what seemed like a smile. Was he smiling at her? Perhaps she was overthinking it. Feeling confused, Freya looked away.

Levi noticed and asked, "What's so funny?"

Matteo smiled and said, "Nothing." Levi didn't pay much attention.

He observed that when Freya looked at them—especially at Matteo—she seemed as calm as if observing a stranger, her eyebrow slightly raised. He wondered if she was still playing a game of indifference toward Matteo or simply displaying understanding. If the latter, knowing Matteo's reluctance to publicly acknowledge their marriage, her distance—avoiding any sign of their connection, at the banquet or now—made sense. To be honest, Freya seemed quite considerate.

At that moment, Raven approached. "What are you two talking about?"

Levi quickly replied with a smile, "Nothing." Then he asked, "Have you finished your conversation?"

Before Raven could answer, someone approached with Professor Liam. "This is Professor Liam, the algorithm genius I mentioned earlier, Miss Brown."

This was the same Professor Liam introduced to Freya at the banquet by Johnny. Raven had seen him that day while searching for Johnny, but Professor Liam was unremarkable in appearance, and Raven hadn't been at the banquet to network with tech figures, so she hadn't noticed him. Seeing him again, she didn't recognize him at first. That day, Raven and Johnny seemed to have had an unpleasant interaction, but Professor Liam had been engaged in conversation with Freya and hadn't paid much attention. Now, seeing Raven, he didn't mention the previous events, instead smiling and greeting, "Hello, Miss Brown."

With many exhibits, conversation flowed easily. However, Logan and Lauren didn't understand the technical details; their purpose was simply networking. As the exhibition concluded, event staff notified key personnel to proceed to the conference hall for the summary meeting. Johnny and Freya represented Cole and entered. Freya and Johnny walked ahead.

When Raven and the others saw Freya entering, they were surprised. Logan said to Raven, "Does Johnny really value her that much?"

Although they'd noticed Johnny bringing Freya to the exhibition, they hadn't realized the extent of his attention. This was surprising; after all, Freya was already married and had a child. While beautiful, Johnny was well-rounded. Finding someone more suitable wouldn't have been difficult, so why was he so invested in Freya, a woman about to enter her second marriage?
