Chapter 113: Reversal

Sophia, completely unaware that she had provoked two of the most powerful families, continued to bask in her success. The next day at school, students surrounded her, eager to gossip about Olivia, assuring her they had all the details as her close friend. Feigning hesitation, Sophia subtly smeared Olivia even further. She refused to believe that, after such an onslaught of rumors, Benjamin and the others would still stand by Olivia.

As the gossip spread just as she had intended, Sophia felt a surge of satisfaction, a swell of pride that nearly made her applaud her own cunning plan. She had been worried that Olivia might expose her secret dates with Mia’s fiancé. But with Olivia’s reputation now in tatters, even if she tried to speak out, no one would believe her. Sophia was sure Olivia was probably in a panic, too humiliated to even come to school.

But just as she relished the thought, Olivia strode into the classroom, calm and unaffected.

“Seriously, who else has nerves like that? She still dares to show up after everything?”

“When it comes to being shameless, she’s unmatched. Who could compete with that level of nerve?”

The students glared at Olivia, their expressions filled with disdain and ridicule.

“Aren’t you all bored yet? Talking about this nonstop as if you even know whether it’s true,” Mia suddenly snapped. Her unexpected outburst drew everyone’s attention.

“Mia, what’s gotten into you? Aren’t you the one who usually enjoys making fun of her?”

Everyone looked at Mia in shock. Anyone could have defended Olivia, but Mia? That’s unthinkable.

Irritated, Mia sat down. “You’re all asking for trouble.”

These idiots! Didn’t they realize Olivia had the Wilson family behind her? Who could possibly have the audacity to touch someone shielded by the Wilson family?

Sophia was stunned by Mia’s defense of Olivia and eyed her suspiciously. Pulling out her phone, Sophia prepared to check the forum again, eager to read more insults about Olivia. She had already planned her next shocking revelation for the day.

As soon as Sophia opened the forum, a newly posted thread grabbed her attention. Curious, she clicked on it, only to be stunned. It was written by Hudson! The post included a photo of the little girl seen with Olivia at the amusement park that day, accompanied by a birth certificate.

“The little girl seen with Olivia that day is my sister, Alice. Regarding the defamatory claims about my sister on the forum, the Sullivan family will identify those responsible and take legal action.”

The post quickly caused an uproar. Although the earlier post about Olivia only showed the little girl from behind, her outfit and figure undeniably resembled Hudson’s sister, Alice.

“Wow, Hudson posted this himself! Is it true that the little girl with Olivia is your sister?”

“What a ridiculous question! The Sullivan family has such a prestigious reputation. Do you think Hudson would ever use his sister as an excuse? Absolutely not!”

Hudson’s popularity, combined with Olivia’s involvement, instantly drew a wave of students to his post. Following Hudson’s clues, students compared photos of the little girl and Olivia, confirming that she was indeed Alice.

“Alice? Oh, wasn’t there news recently about the Sullivan Group’s young lady nearly getting kidnapped at an amusement park? The video was blurred, but I remember the girl in the video wearing a dress exactly like this!”

“Hold on. Amusement park? Isn’t the background in the photos of Olivia and Alice also from an amusement park?”
