Chapter 161: Turn Off the Comments

Olivia was speechless. She hadn’t expected such sentimentality from a young man of six feet or so.

“Olivia, I was wrong,” Jared said, sniffling.

“Huh?” Olivia was a bit confused by Jared’s sudden change of heart.

“I shouldn’t have doubted your amazing acting,” Jared said sincerely.

Jared’s face turned red. After all, his 6’2” stature meant he naturally had large feet.

There were no scenes left for Olivia to film today, so she decided to head home. Alexander had been working overtime these past two days and hadn’t returned to the family house, leaving Olivia to enjoy the entire bed to herself.

That evening, Eve went live again. During the livestream, Eve spread more rumors about Ms. Q. She vaguely accused Ms. Q of acting high and mighty, altering the script without permission, and using a filming scene as an excuse to slap the lead actress twice.

During the last time Eve spread such rumors, people had already guessed that Ms. Q was Olivia and that she was involved in Jos’s latest project, A Little Spark of Joy. News about what had been happening on set was eagerly reposted by promotional accounts trying to ride on the hype surrounding the movie. As soon as Eve shared the rumors, these accounts made the rumors spread like wildfire. The last time Eve accused Olivia of cozying up to Chris, it had already angered his fans, and Olivia’s Twitter account had been overrun by them.

Moreover, the accusations further infuriated Amelia’s fans. Wasn’t the lead actress in A Little Spark of Joy their beloved? Just an hour ago, Amelia had posted a photo on Twitter of herself with an ice pack on her cheek. Some eagle-eyed fans even noticed a cut on the corner of her mouth. “Olivia, maybe you should turn off the comments,” Jared said after taking a quick look. In just one hour, Olivia’s latest post had amassed nearly 100,000 hate comments.
