Olivia nodded and then left.

Could he really appreciate her to this extent?

No sooner had Felix spoken than another door in the room burst open. Corey, fuming with rage, stormed out.

“Great, so this girl has gone behind my back and racked up so much debt? She hasn’t been gone from Aeroville Military Academy for long; how did she manage to accumulate so much?”

The more Corey listened from the inner room, the angrier he became. If it weren’t for the fear of exposing himself, he would have rushed out and knocked Olivia out with his cane.

Corey’s appearance stunned Felix.

“Mr. Corey?”

A legendary figure in the military, the former instructor of the K-Unit, what was he doing here? And… why did he mention Aeroville Military Academy? The mysterious military academy directly affiliated with the national special operations forces? Wasn’t that the reserve academy for the K-Unit?

Corey glared and then turned to Brogan.

“So you’ve got some nerve, huh? I never thought you’d dare to poach right in front of me. What, you fancy the top student from our Aeroville Military Academy and schemed to lure her to your place as an instructor?” Am I too weak to wield a knife now, or have you become arrogant? I’m not dead yet!”

Brogan remained calm.

“Aeroville Military Academy is located remotely; Olivia can’t possibly juggle both the entertainment industry and Aeroville Military Academy. But Borealia Military Academy is situated in a bustling city, which wouldn’t interfere with Olivia’s acting career.”

Corey was speechless. Clever boy!

“Your Borealia Military Academy’s faculty strength, what can it do? Any student from Aeroville Military Academy could easily outperform them!”

Brogan retorted, “That’s because Aeroville Military Academy has already picked off the best students. If Olivia had joined Borealia Military Academy, she would have been just as strong.”

“You’re talking nonsense!” Corey exclaimed.

An ignored Felix muttered, “Am I invisible?”

“Father, please calm down. I’m just trying to stabilize Olivia for now. If we want her back in the military, we need to take it step by step. Letting her occasionally teach at the academy could also keep her skills sharp. Once she pays off her debt, you can bring her back to Aeroville Military Academy, right?” Brogan quickly placated as he saw his father about to explode.

Corey calmed down slightly.

“Are you sure Olivia will agree?”

Brogan couldn’t guarantee it.

“Just handle this carefully and don’t scare her off again!” Corey grumbled.

“Yes,” Brogan nodded.

After Corey lectured Brogan some more, he finally left.

Having overheard the entire conversation between father and son, Felix began to understand Olivia’s identity.

“Mr. Brogan, is Olivia the genius who broke records on her first day at Aeroville Military Academy and topped everyone else?”

He had heard of this during his time in the military. But he never imagined that such a legendary genius would appear in the entertainment industry.

Brogan concluded, “Now you know, getting beaten up by her was not in vain, right?”
