Liliana’s expression softened slightly as she held Olivia’s file. “This Olivia,” she asked, “is she the child who was taken back?” Amelia nodded.

Liliana’s brows furrowed. She had never paid much attention to Olivia. If Amelia hadn’t approached her, she wouldn’t have discovered that Olivia wasn’t the biological child of the Kenneth family. Looking at the photo of Olivia’s stunning face, with features so strikingly similar to those of the Kenneth family, Liliana’s gaze grew colder with each passing second.

“What is this marriage with the Wilson family about?”

Amelia dared not hide anything and quickly recounted how Olivia had been married to Alexander. Liliana’s eyes turned icy. “So, this is the kind of marriage you arranged for Olivia,” she said with disdain.

“The Wilson family acquired Olivia’s former entertainment company?” “When did this happen?”

Liliana replied, “The Wilson family made their move while Daniel was creating chaos on Twitter. They had already acquired his company. Even if Daniel’s scandals hadn’t come to light, the Wilson family would never have allowed anything to happen to Olivia.” She paused, unsure whether this was orchestrated by Liam of the Wilson family or by Alexander himself.

Recalling Amelia’s claim that Alexander disliked Olivia, Liliana assumed this was likely the work of Liam. “So what do we do now?” Amelia asked, her panic evident. Liliana’s gaze swept over her with clear disdain.

If the DNA test hadn’t confirmed that Amelia was her sister, Liliana would have doubted they were related. How could someone so foolish share her bloodline?

“There’s no need to worry,” Liliana said dismissively. “The Wilson family already has their own entertainment company. The fact that Olivia hasn’t signed with them shows she isn’t particularly valued by the Wilson family. Liam likely made this move to avoid embarrassment to the family name.”
