Mia clutched the check in her hand, staring at Olivia. She couldn’t figure out why Olivia had suddenly decided to start a company. But right now, Olivia was the only one willing to offer her a chance.

“If you really think I can do this, I’m willing to give it a shot,” Mia said, taking a deep breath.

No matter the outcome for Olivia’s company, Mia was determined to trust her and give her best effort, especially with the 112,000 dollars that could save her father.

Olivia smiled, satisfied with the response. “Perfect! Let’s go to the company and get you signed.”

Mia nodded. Since Isabella was out of town, Olivia didn’t waste any time and led Mia to the parking lot.

At the parking lot, Lucas and Benjamin were about to skip class when they saw a familiar red Ferrari zoom past them. Benjamin said nothing.

Lucas asked, “Mr. Benjamin, doesn’t that Ferrari look familiar?”

Benjamin, sitting in the driver’s seat, narrowed his eyes, immediately pulled the handbrake, and sped after the Ferrari.

“Mr. Benjamin, slow down!” Lucas was surprised by the speed and grabbed onto the armrest.

“How long has it been since we’ve seen Livi? She’s being so rude, coming back to school and not even bothering to greet us.”

Benjamin didn’t say a word, only continued chasing Olivia’s Ferrari, speeding through the streets. They had tried contacting Olivia, but her replies were scarce. The only message she responded to was when Lucas invited her to play a game.

Olivia arrived at the company with Mia, and Jared had already received her message about the artist signing. Jared wondered how Olivia had managed to sign an artist in such a short time, considering the constant pressure from Starlit Entertainment. When he saw the stunning woman following Olivia, his surprise was evident. She was beautiful, no doubt about it.

“This is Mia. Go get the contract for her to sign,” Olivia said decisively.

Since Starlit Entertainment wanted to blacklist her in the entire entertainment industry, she decided to look outside the industry for talent.

Jared quickly brought over the prepared contract. Mia signed it without hesitation, not even bothering to glance at it.

Jared was shocked. This was the quickest signing he had ever witnessed. Just as he was about to ask Olivia about Mia’s background, the door suddenly knocked.

Jared stood up to open it. As soon as the door opened, two tall, handsome young men walked right in.

“Hey, who are you? Looking for someone?” Jared couldn’t stop them from entering.

Lucas walked into the office and began shouting. “Olivia? Livi? Where are you?”

Lucas and Benjamin had seen Olivia walk in with Mia, and now Lucas was determined to confront Olivia. Olivia, having just finished the contract with Mia, heard the familiar voices and looked up. When she saw Lucas and Benjamin, she was speechless. What were they doing here?
