History always had a way of repeating itself. On and off the stage, a tool was still a tool.

“If you guys are really bored, I can take you to practice a bit,” Olivia said, although she was quite skeptical of Lucas and Benjamin’s acting skills.

Lucas immediately perked up, and Benjamin naturally nodded without refusal.

Olivia led them next to the filming area to try acting out a scene from the play. And then, Olivia witnessed what could only be described as a performance failure.

“Ah! Sir! Don’t go! Let me take on those from the Wolfpack Army, you need to stay here and protect the general!” Lucas declared heroically, looking up and thinking he was being charismatic as he spoke to Benjamin.

Benjamin’s face was expressionless. But his eyes screamed, “Please, just let this guy die!”

Lucas was oblivious.

“If I die, sprinkle my blood on the soil of here…”

Olivia felt she was not only going blind but also deaf rapidly. Why did this guy insist on using an exaggerated Shakespearean stage acting style to deliver his lines? Who told him to strike a pose before speaking?

Beside him, Mia struggled to hold back her laughter.

Just then, Louis, who happened to pass by, was nearly jaw-droppingly startled by Lucas’s spectacular performance.

“You really are something,” Louis said with genuine sincerity to Lucas.

Lucas beamed, “Really?”

Louis patted his shoulder, “Just make sure you never say you’ve been in the same crew as me.”

Lucas was stunned. Blindly confident and full of energy, Lucas didn’t give up and continued to drag others to practice.

Benjamin was expressionless, his heart dead.

Just as Louis was about to leave, Olivia grabbed him to stay. Officially, it was about showing mutual respect in the same crew. In reality, she grabbed him by the neck to make him impart all he knew to Lucas.

Louis was in despair. He had just stepped out to make a phone call.

So fast it was barely noticeable in the sunlight. Mia and the others didn’t catch it at all. But Olivia glanced into a nearby alley.

There, several paparazzi with cameras were stealthily recording Lucas’ cringe-worthy performance. As they noticed Olivia looking their way, they instinctively held their breath. Luckily, after a moment, they breathed a sigh of relief, took all the footage they had gathered throughout the day, and hurriedly drove out of the film city.

In the evening, these paparazzi delivered the day’s footage of the “Legacy of the Dynasty” crew to Liliana’s office at Starlit Entertainment. Although Liliana didn’t think Olivia would amount to much, she hadn’t let her guard down. Knowing that today was the first day of shooting for “Legacy of the Dynasty,” she had arranged for paparazzi to watch over the place, determined to keep her finger on the pulse of everything happening with the crew.

After her secretary imported the photos and videos into the computer, Liliana reviewed them one by one. As she looked through them, the expression on her face grew increasingly peculiar. Especially after seeing several photos, a smirk crossed her features. She pointed at a few pictures to her secretary and instructed, “Send these out. You know what to write.”
