The robed man was extremely familiar with the forest terrain. His figure twisted and turned, swiftly disappearing among the dense trees and thick undergrowth in a few seconds. Strange echoes seemed to emanate from all directions.

Scarlet gritted her teeth, furious at the robed man's speed and worried about Felicia. She immediately turned and rushed back along the path. She called out to Felicia, only to find her surrounded by several people engaged in a fierce struggle. They clearly wanted to subdue Felicia but didn't dare harm her, so their movements were restrained. Seizing the opportunity, Felicia knocked two of them down. Taking advantage of the opening, she darted into the dark forest.

Scarlet panicked, rushing after her. At that moment, a tall, slender figure leaped from a car behind them. With long strides, he caught up to Felicia in moments. If Felicia were still Mosgout, she would have recognized him as Maurice.

Maurice forcefully grabbed Felicia's wrist, but before he could speak, she punched him squarely in the face. His anger flared, and he glared at her, furious. "Felicia! What the hell is wrong with you?"

His subordinates were terrified. Nowhere, in Ablil or elsewhere, did anyone dare treat Maurice like that. To attack him without warning? Was she out of her mind?

Felicia didn't respond. Her eyes were empty yet clear, her long eyelashes fluttering slightly. Then, without hesitation, another punch aimed for Maurice's temple. The first punch had caught him off guard, but this time he was ready, tilting his head to easily dodge it. However, he hadn't expected Felicia to be serious. After dodging the punch, he sneered and was about to speak when a sharp pain shot through him. Looking down, he saw Felicia had raked him in the groin with such force it felt as if she were trying to render him impotent! Maurice's expression darkened, and he gritted out, "Felicia, do you really think you can get away with this just because I won't hurt you?" Felicia didn't speak, giving up on breaking free and continuing to attack him.

Maurice finally realized something was wrong. "Hey, Felicia! What's wrong with you?" With lightning speed, he grabbed her chin, forcing her to look up. In the moonlight and flashlight behind them, he saw Felicia's hollow eyes. Her forehead was covered in cold sweat, and her once temptingly red lips were bleeding where she had bitten them, making her face even paler. "Tell me, what is wrong with you!"

Maurice's expression visibly darkened, his brows furrowing tightly as he stared at her, his gaze revealing unspoken tension and concern.

Scarlet pushed forward, supporting Felicia. She quickly struck a pressure point behind Felicia's neck. In an instant, Felicia's body went limp, and she collapsed unconscious. Maurice caught her, ready to strike at Scarlet. However, she quickly said, "In her current state, it's better she's unconscious."
