Edward looked gloomy. "I asked her to sign the contract and create some trouble for Meghan to highlight her on the show, but she can't be so ruthless! Meghan's face is swollen. How can she be on camera like this?"

Jasper clenched his fists. "In my opinion, she deliberately disfigured Meghan to make her the most beautiful star and get the spotlight. She's so scheming!"

George's face darkened. "Contact that brat immediately and tell her to restrain herself! If she dares to bully Meghan again, I won't spare her when she returns!"

"Let me make the call!" Bethany snatched her phone and angrily called Evangeline. The next second, she exclaimed, "That little bitch blocked my number!"

Everyone then remembered that Evangeline had blocked all the Gallagher family's numbers when she sold her shares. George asked the butler for his phone and called Evangeline, but the line was disconnected.

George frowned. "Did you call that brat before and get blacklisted?"

The butler, trembling, replied, "No… I never called Ms. Castillo before. My number isn't blocked. It's because…"

"Hurry up and say it!" George shouted.

The butler stammered, "The production team has taken away the participants' phones. Ms. Castillo doesn't have hers, and neither do the other participants."

The butler, unlike the Gallaghers, had been watching the livestream. He knew what was happening but hadn't dared to tell them, fearing their anger. The others likely felt the same.

George angrily threw his phone to the butler and looked at Edward. "Do you know the director's number? Contact him immediately and ask him to keep an eye on Evangeline!"

Edward nodded. "I'll find the director's number."

The butler said quietly, "It won't work…"

The butler explained, "It was intentionally planned by the director and investor. The production team is out of the forest, except for a few participants. After reading everything, they looked gloomy. Jasper smashed his phone in anger. "How could the production team do this? They've ruined Meghan!" he roared.

Bethany looked at Edward and Jasper, murmuring, "Have you been treating Evangeline like this in private?"

Bethany's face paled. "It was me! I asked them to do it," she realized.

Edward said, "A few days before the show aired, they rejected my investment. A major investor offered three times more. We were paid double to withdraw, so I didn't bother."
