“What on earth did you do to her?”

“Did you send me the photos to provoke me? Dalton, you are courting death, aren’t you? Am I too kind to you?”

Dalton was well aware that Chandler was referring to Meryl.

But he was puzzled. “Photos? What photos?”

“Are you still lying?” Chandler sneered, “You know what the photos are because they were taken with your mobile phone.”

Dalton had photos with Meryl on his mobile phone, but he didn’t send them to Chandler. His phone was not with him because of the surgery. Yet, Chandler’s overreaction suggested that the photos had been leaked. The photos were quite a blow to him; otherwise, he wouldn’t have been so furious.

Dalton beamed with joy.

For a long time, he had been overshadowed by Chandler.

“Do you know what happened to us in these twenty days? We met and chatted every day. By the way, we also went to the concert and had a barbecue together. I dated Meryl. Uncle Chandler, you got married in a flash. Have you ever been on a date? So, Uncle Chandler, I am happier than you."

“Uncle Chandler, even if you kill me, it won’t change that. Meryl and I grew up together, and we have wonderful memories.”

“Really?” Dalton gazed into his eyes meaningfully. “Uncle Chandler, how do you confirm that she is pregnant with your child? What if it’s mine?”

Dalton’s words immediately annoyed Chandler.

Dalton replied bluntly, “I said the baby in Meryl’s belly is mine, Uncle Chandler.”

In an instant, Chandler once again punched him in the face.

Dalton’s nose was initially bleeding, but upon being struck, he experienced further hemorrhaging.
