Listen to this chapter:

"Very well," the receptionist said. "I will inform Miss Evans for you."

The receptionist found Hattie and explained the situation. Hattie frowned. "What should we do now? Gwenda's on set with Alisha; she won't be coming here."

"Just call Miss Evans, Hattie. I think this woman is not to be trifled with," the receptionist whispered.

"No, Gwenda's schedule is packed, and nothing can be delayed. I've got to find a way to get rid of her."

After careful consideration, Hattie decided to meet the woman in person. Entering the reception room, she asked, "Ma'am, may I ask who you're looking for?"

Arely, having waited at least an hour, was irritated. "Is this how Gwenda asks you to entertain me? I've been waiting for an hour! Where is she?"

"My apologies, ma'am," Hattie replied. "Miss Evans has gone out on business and won't be returning to the studio today. If you wish to contact her, you can call her or schedule an appointment with me."

"What?!" Arely leapt from her seat. "I need to make an appointment to see her?! How dare she!"

Hattie, startled by Arely's outburst, nearly covered her ears. She'd never heard anyone so loud.

"I don't care! I will see her today!" Arely shouted. "Where is Gwenda's office? I will wait for her there. I don't believe she won't see me!"

She stormed out of the reception room. Hattie gave chase. "Ma'am, ma'am You can't enter Miss Evans' office!"

"I am her aunt! Why can't I go in there?"

Ignoring Hattie's pleas, Arely tried to barge into the office. Hattie stopped her. "Ma'am, please calm down!"

"Get out of my way!" Arely continued her tirade.

Other employees rushed to help, but failed to stop her. Seeing Arely about to succeed, Hattie conceded. "Alright, alright! I will contact Miss Evans for you. Please calm down, ma'am."

Satisfied, Arely glared at Hattie, huffing, "Hurry up! I'll give her twenty minutes. If she exceeds that, I will not remain so pleasant!"

Hattie, fearing Arely's unpredictable behavior, immediately called Gwenda. "Gwenda, there's a woman claiming to be your aunt here. She's causing a scene, saying you must return within twenty minutes or she'll barge into your office. What do we do?"

Gwenda, on set with Alisha, replied, her voice dark, "I can't go back."

"Then we just let her be?"

"Call the police."

"What?" Hattie was stunned. "Call the police?"

"Yes," Gwenda said calmly. "If she keeps making trouble, call the police and let them handle it."

"But"

"Don't worry. The police will make her leave." Gwenda didn't want to confront Arely.

Hattie hesitated before saying, "Okay, I'll try to figure it out."

"Good. Let me know immediately if there's a problem."

"Okay."

Hattie returned to Arely. Seeing her, Arely smiled smugly. "All done? Is she willing to come back now? Humph, as if she could hide from me!"

"Ma'am, please leave," Hattie said with a forced smile. "Miss Evans is unavailable today."

"What?!" Arely's anger flared. "She said so?"

"That's right! She told me to call the police if you continue to make trouble."

"Call the police?!" Arely shouted. "What is she trying to do! I am her aunt!"

Hattie remained silent. "Fine then! Call the police. Go on!"
