Chapter 28: Stalking
Zhen Wenqiao drove his BMW to a remote location, unaware he was being followed by Ye Mo. The car soon stopped; a man in his forties, carrying a woman, rushed toward the BMW. Zhen Wenqiao quickly exited to help them.
To Ye Mo's surprise, he recognized the woman: Yun Bing, also known as "Merciless Bing," his former English teacher.
"Why would Yun Bing be waiting for Zhen Wenqiao here?" Ye Mo wondered, though he didn't dwell on it. She appeared intoxicated and needed assistance.
Under the dim streetlights, Zhen Wenqiao helped carry Yun Bing into his BMW. Ye Mo, though harboring no particular fondness for Yun Bing, found the situation suspicious. His focus remained on Zhen Wenqiao.
The BMW sped off, Ye Mo discreetly following. Fortunately, the city speed limits allowed him, with his advanced Cloud Shadow Step, to keep pace.
After ten minutes, the BMW entered a quiet residential area. Unable to approach openly, Ye Mo, after checking for surveillance, scaled a wall and observed from a distance.
He watched as the BMW stopped before a building. Zhen Wenqiao and the other man carried Yun Bing upstairs. Ye Mo, limited by his Chi Gathering proficiency, could only watch. He needed a higher level to follow invisibly. Confronting them in the stairwell wouldn't be ideal; inside the apartment would be better.
Soon, a light flickered on in a fourth-floor room. Ye Mo entered through a kitchen window.
"Young Master Qiao, I'm ready," a voice announced. Ye Mo recognized the other man.
"Start when I get on top of her. Film everything clearly, especially her moans. I want it all! I don't believe she'll refuse after this," Zhen Wenqiao said. Ye Mo heard a ripping sound—clothing being torn.
"They're planning to gang-rape Merciless Bing and record it!" he thought, wondering about any prior conflict or incriminating evidence she might possess. Initially believing Zhen Wenqiao had torn her clothes, Ye Mo burst through the door to find Yun Bing had done it herself.
Her flushed face and heavy breathing indicated a potent aphrodisiac. She'd ripped open her clothing, revealing her breasts, startling even Ye Mo.
"Who are you?!" Zhen Wenqiao and the cameraman recoiled, then relaxed upon seeing a lone, masked figure. Zhen Wenqiao recognized the man's martial arts prowess.
"Friend, what do you want? If it's money, we can discuss it afterthis high-quality woman" Zhen Wenqiao said warily, hastily re-clothing himself.
"Human scum" Ye Mo declared, kicking Zhen Wenqiao, sending him crashing into the wall, unconscious.
The middle-aged cameraman, abandoning his camera, drew a knife. Ye Mo swiftly disarmed and incapacitated him with two kicks. The cameraman's impact sent the camera crashing to the ceiling.
"Wait! Do you know who he is? He's Mayor Zheng's son!" the cameraman sputtered from the floor.
Ye Mo sneered, knocking the man unconscious with a kick. Seeing a picture of Yun Bing and her daughter on the wall, he realized this was her apartment, and Zhen Wenqiao's depravity. He feared this video would force Yun Bing into suicide or compliance.
He couldn't understand Zhen Wenqiao's motives beyond sexual assault. He carried the unconscious men outside, unwilling to confront them in Yun Bing's compromised state.
As Ye Mo reached the door, Yun Bing moaned, and another rip of fabric sounded. She was nearly naked, only three areas minimally covered. Her near-nudity and translucent underwear stirred Ye Mo, but he immediately recognized the aphrodisiac's potent effect; without intervention, she would suffer severe consequences.
He cursed Zhen Wenqiao's cruelty. Seeing Yun Bing’s vulnerable state, he deposited the unconscious men outside and approached her bed to counteract the aphrodisiac's effects.
As he reached the bed, Yun Bing, in a drug-induced state, embraced him tightly. Her proximity aroused him, but his Chi Gathering training helped him resist the temptation. He used his Chi to draw the aphrodisiac from her body.
After considerable effort, he succeeded, collapsing in exhaustion. As he wiped his sweat, Yun Bing awoke, saw her near-nakedness and Ye Mo, and fainted again.
