“Laser bombs?” Ye Mo frowned, remembering Ren Sha's attack. If those were laser bombs, he could have been seriously injured. Multiple detonations would have catastrophic consequences. He doubted they had many, though.

Seeing Ye Mo's frown, Xu Yuehua continued, “The Fu brothers might possess genuine ancient martial arts cultivation techniques. I suspect their eldest brother, Fu Youjin, is Yellow Level.”

Ye Mo nodded. “Thank you, Sister Yuehua. I'll visit these four brothers later.”

Xu Yuehua rejoiced, feeling included in Ye Mo's plans. He clearly approved of her intelligence. While he didn't consider the Four Strange Looks a significant threat, a laser bomb ambush could injure him, or worse, Qingxue. Another injury to Qingxue wouldn't simply be solved by killing them.

Ye Mo turned to Ning Qingxue. “Qingxue, stay with Sister Yuehua. I’ll be back soon. Call home to let them know you're safe.”

In a Hong Kong mansion, the four brothers plotted against Ye Mo.

“Fourth Brother, you were right! The first place Ye Mo went after returning to Hong Kong was the Xu Yue Hotel!” Fu Youyin exclaimed.

Fu Youhai nodded confidently. “He met with Xu Yuehua to hire her. Black Widow's greedy, but capable. He probably gave her time to consider. If he couldn’t find Ning Qingxue at sea, Xu Yuehua would be his first stop.”

Fu Youjin frowned. “Fourth Brother, I have a bad feeling. I heard he didn’t come back alone; he brought a woman to the Xu Yue Hotel. She’s beautiful. I think he might have found Ning Qingxue.”

“Impossible! The plane was lost, and many didn’t return. How could he find Ning Qingxue? Is he a god? More powerful than the US government?” Fu Youyin scoffed.

Fu Yousan said, “Big Brother, I opposed attacking Ye Mo, but we've made our decision. It’s too early; we're not ready.”

Fu Youhai nodded. “It is early. We only have one laser bomb. In a week, we can get two more. It’s like a mini nuclear bomb. Even an Earth Level cultivator wouldn’t escape.”

“Does Black Widow know about the laser bombs? She knows everything in Hong Kong. If she tells Ye Mo, it'll be dangerous,” Fu Youjin worried.

“Big Brother, you worry too much. Even if she knows, would she suspect we’re attacking Ye Mo?” Fu Youyin countered.

“Let’s do it. But that woman in the pictures…she’s beautiful. I want her,” Fu Youjin decided.

“Big Brother, we’re not lacking women! Focus on getting the bomb to Ye Mo. That’s our success,” Fu Yousan said.

Fu Youhai smiled. “Simple. We’ll give the bomb to Xiao Lan. She’ll give it to Ye Mo, saying it’s from Xu Yuehua. He won’t question it.”

“Yes! The moment he has it, we detonate!” Fu Youyin agreed.

“No…” Fu Youhai shook his head. The others looked at him. He smiled grimly. “Those at Ye Mo’s level have a natural instinct for danger. Let Xiao Lan get close, then detonate. Anything within ten meters won’t survive.”

Fu Yousan hesitated. “But won’t that destroy the chi-increasing pills?”

Fu Youhai sneered. “Detonate it further away. Even if they’re destroyed, it’s fine.”

“Ye—Ye-Qianbei…” The four brothers stood, staring at Ye Mo in horror. They couldn't believe he was in their most secure room. There were many guards; anyone within twenty meters would trigger an alarm. Yet, Ye Mo appeared silently.

“Xiao Lan? You traitor! How dare you bring him in!” Fu Youyin hissed at the girl beside Ye Mo.

The girl spat. “I work for Sister Yuehua. I was investigating. I’m no traitor! And you animals wanted me to die with the bomb! Why should I listen? Brother Ye brought me in, not me him.”

The four brothers stared at Ye Mo. How did he get in? Invisible?

Ye Mo was increasingly grateful to Xu Yuehua. Without her warning, he might have been injured, or worse, Qingxue. He'd seen the laser bomb's power; it could hurt him.

Most infuriating was their plan to seize Luo Yue. He knew Xu Ping would protect them, but it still angered him.

Fu Youhai, sensing this was their only chance, produced a black sphere. “Ye-Qianbei, we apologize for attacking you. We retract our threats. If you disagree, we’ll all die together.” His other hand gripped a controller.

Ye Mo sneered. “What right do you have to negotiate?”

Fu Youhai started to speak, but his wrists suddenly ached. He looked down to see both hands cleanly severed.
