Chapter 590: Tang Beiwei’s Encounter

Ye Mo decided that if An Ning still disagreed, he would offer her 20 million and a luminous pearl.

However, An Ning said, “I know you want this Yin Yang Fish Eye badly, but there’s no need to trick me. I agree to trade, but I don’t need your money. This diamond is enough. Since you want the fish eye so much, it must be extraordinary. Therefore, I have a few conditions.”

Ye Mo blushed. He hadn’t expected her to be so astute. Weren’t diamonds supposed to be irresistible to women? How could An Ning remain so calm?

Ye Mo had a headache over the last two questions. He would have rather paid more.

Seeing An Ning’s insistent gaze, he said, “The first condition is fine; you can move to Luo Yue anytime. Second, I did look carefully when you bent over, for which I apologize. Third, your Yin Yang Fish Eye is part of a broken whole, and I want to reunite all the pieces.”

An Ning blushed, furious. How shameless! But Ye Mo was already placing two pieces on the table. “I have two pieces here. Check if your Yin Yang Fish Eye is part of them.”

An Ning noticed her piece fit perfectly. Subconsciously, she placed her necklace on the table, and it fit.

“It really is from the same set,” An Ning said, relinquishing the necklace.

Before she could speak further, Ye Mo picked it up. “Give me your diamond; I can set it for you.”

“You know how?” An Ning asked, confused. There were no tools.

Despite her doubts, she gave Ye Mo the diamond.

He worked quickly, taking the Yin Yang Fish Eye. “It’s done. I used to do this on the streets, so I’m fast. Here.” He returned the necklace.

“Huh?” An Ning caught it, speechless. It was too fast! The diamond looked as though it had always been there.

An Ning was certain even a master jeweler couldn’t have been that quick.

“Let’s go. To move to Luo Yue, call this number and tell her Ye Mo sent you.” Ye Mo gave An Ning Yu Miaodan’s number.

“Looks like Beiwei is back.” As he gave An Ning the number, Ye Mo sensed Tang Beiwei opening the door, looking exhausted.

“Brother!” Tang Beiwei ran into Ye Mo’s arms, crying.

Ye Mo quickly checked her. She was just tired and distressed. He patted her shoulder. “Don’t worry, tell me what happened.”

Su Jingwen and the others came out. An Ning, seeing Tang Beiwei in Ye Mo’s arms, was shocked again.

She rarely saw women as beautiful as herself, yet here were two. The girl in Ye Mo’s arms had an ethereal quality. An Ning felt strange.

Immediately afterward, however, she looked down on Ye Mo. The women associated with him were all stunning and affectionate. Unbeknownst to her, Ye Mo considered her calculating, unlike Tang Beiwei and Su Jingwen.

Tang Beiwei, noticing the others, greeted Yuanyuan and Jingwen.

Ye Mo didn’t wait for Tang Beiwei to explain; she likely had things to say privately.

“Young Master Ye, I’m Qiu Zhirang. Regarding today, I—” Qiu Zhirang approached Ye Mo and bowed respectfully.

“Ye-Qianbei, I’m Han Yan’s cousin, Han Dan.” Han Dan also bowed.

No wonder Ye Mo recognized him! Ye Mo nodded at Qiu Zhirang. “So you’re from the Beijing Qiu family? No wonder you’re so wealthy.”

Qiu Zhirang remained silent as the four left the Golden Pearl.

An Ning watched strangely. She couldn’t understand the young masters’ respect. Who could intimidate the Qiu family?

Meanwhile, Zhang Lailin looked lost as Su Jingwen left.

Half an hour later, Ye Mo, Su Jingwen, and Tang Beiwei booked a hotel room. Yuanyuan had to leave early.

Su Jingwen comforted her.

Ye Mo sat and took her hand.
