Chapter 757: You’re Ye Mo

“Feng Zhuping? This is the Magical Merchant Association’s meeting room; what are you doing here?” Yun Ziyi was shocked. However, she immediately understood the situation.

Feng Zhuping was the young master of the Sea Merchant Clan. His presence meant he had conspired with some Magical Merchant Association elders and decided to make it public.

“Young Master Feng,” several people greeted him upon his arrival. Yun Ziyi observed that seven of the nine elders rose to greet Feng Zhuping as if he were a VIP, not an unwelcome guest.

This meant only Elders Feng and Mang remained on her side.

Feng Zhuping smiled, remaining standing. He studied Yun Ziyi and said slowly, “Yun Ziyi, Goddess Zi Hua, what a reputation! And you’re even prettier than before. As for why I’m here, I’ve come to do business, of course.”

Then, Feng Zhuping scanned the two elders who hadn’t greeted him, killing intent flashing in his eyes. “I’m saddened to hear about Old Man Yun’s demise. However, Goddess Zi Hua, the Sea Merchant Clan is here to assist the Magical Merchant Association. Of course, my long-held affection for you plays a part.”

“You shit! Don’t disgust me! I know what you’re really here for! Get lost! This is the Magical Merchant Association; stop acting cocky,” one of the nine elders spat.

“Crush this annoying fly,” Feng Zhuping sneered.

One of the middle-aged men behind him immediately charged the elder who had spoken, delivering a casual punch.

The elder, anticipating the attack, drew his sword to defend. The man’s fist, initially aimed directly at the sword, abruptly changed direction. The fist collided with the sword, shattering it. The elder flew into the wall, spitting blood, with several sword shards embedded in his body.

Yun Ziyi quickly helped the elder to his feet. “Elder Feng, are you alright?” she asked, placing a pill in his mouth.

“I’m fine,” the elder managed, barely standing. The blow had inflicted heavy injuries.

The middle-aged man prepared to attack again, but Feng Zhuping waved his hand. “Wu Chang, let’s leave it at that. No need to kill him now.”

“Yes,” Wu Chang agreed, then looked coldly at Elder Feng. “A mere half-step Great Heaven, yet you dare act cocky.”

“You’ve crossed a line, Feng Zhuping. You and your father, Feng Qiu, are cut from the same cloth—shameless. No wonder your habits mirror his,” a woman stood, pointing angrily at Feng Zhuping.

The female elder’s words greatly offended Feng Zhuping, touching a sensitive subject. Feng Qiu’s concubine had been unfaithful; he’d had her tied up and sunk at sea. Feng Zhuping, however, had secretly saved her as a personal sex slave. The incident had become a huge scandal.

He immediately ordered, “Wu Bai, kill her.”

“Wait, you can’t kill here! I’m still in Chan City waiting for Brother Ye. If you dare kill here, when Brother Ye arrives, your Sea Merchant Clan will be history,” Yun Ziyi declared, unable to allow the remaining elders to be killed.

“Hahaha!” Feng Zhuping laughed. “You two are quite intimate, are you fck buddies? Goddess Zi Hua, you put on a sacred front, but you’re a slt at heart. If you crave a man so much, I can satisfy you later.”

Feng Zhuping stopped laughing, his tone cold. “Brother Ye? Even if your ancestor Ye arrives, I’ll kill whomever I please. My Sea Merchant Clan becoming history? I’d like to see that. But if he comes, I’ll show you him becoming history.”

A voice replied, “Oh, I’m here. I’d also like to see how you’ll make me history.”

Feng Zhuping realized there was a young man in the room he hadn’t noticed.

“Who are you? When did you arrive?” Feng Zhuping asked cautiously.

“Brother Ye, you’re here!” Yun Ziyi exclaimed joyfully.

Feng Zhuping’s expression fell. “So, you’re that Ye guy.”

Ye Mo smiled. “That’s right. I heard you wanted to make me history, so I came.”

Feng Zhuping hadn’t been to Magical Continent Mountain. He’d heard news of what happened there, but didn’t know Ye Mo, or that “Brother Ye” was Ye Mo. Had he known Brother Ye was the one who had massacred Magical Continent Mountain, he never would have come. Even Len Quan, Ling Wushui, Qi Kai, or any of them could have annihilated the Sea Merchant Clan, let alone Ye Mo, who had killed them.

Feng Zhuping sneered. “Wu Chang, sever his ligaments. I need to observe Brother Ye closely.”

“Yes,” Wu Chang replied, charging at Ye Mo. He reached for Ye Mo’s neck, assuming such a young man was at most Black Level.

Before Wu Chang reached him, four wind blades appeared. Wu Chang, at Heaven Level, immediately noticed the blades, which Ye Mo hadn’t tried to conceal, and was shaken. He attempted to dodge, but was even more shocked to find himself suspended in the air by an inner qi wall.

Thump—Wu Chang fell to the ground, just as Feng Zhuping had wanted Ye Mo to fall, his ligaments severed.

“You’re Ye Mo,” Wu Chang mumbled before fainting.

Silence fell over the meeting room. Feng Zhuping could hear his own heavy breathing. His Heaven Level master hadn’t even touched Ye Mo before having his ligaments severed. Brother Ye was that strong? Not even Yun Ziyi’s father was that strong.

Feng Zhuping’s hands went cold. He remembered Wu Chang’s words.

He looked at Ye Mo. “You’re Ye Mo?”

The words were subconscious; he didn’t know Ye Mo, but others did. Most in the room understood.

Despite the cool May weather, several elders began to sweat. Feng Zhuping looked at the dazed elders and Wu Bai, then remembered something, his face turning deathly pale as he murmured, “You’re Ye Mo.”
