Listen to this chapter:

At a renowned restaurant in Kensington, James and Henry ordered several dishes and a few bottles of white wine. They ate heartily, reminiscing about the ordeals they'd endured over the past ten years. Their lunch lasted the entire day. By three o'clock, they were inebriated.

Just then, Thea called. "James, where are you? Something happened."

Hearing Thea's anxious voice, James felt a chill. He sobered instantly. "What? What's wrong?"

"Something happened at Eternality Hospital. Come, quick."

"Alright, I'll be there ASAP."

James hung up.

"What's wrong, James?" Henry asked.

James shook his head. "I don't know. Thea said something happened at Eternality Hospital. I'll go and see."

"I'll drive you," Henry offered, standing up.

"No need. You've had too much to drink. I'll call a taxi."

James grabbed his suit, put it on, and quickly exited the restaurant. He hailed a taxi.

"Eternality Hospital," he instructed.

"Got it."

The driver sped to Eternality Hospital.

Half an hour later, they arrived.

James handed the driver a hundred-dollar bill. "Keep the change."

He hurried out. Eternality Hospital was on Medical Street, Kensington's busiest street—a hub of hospitals, embodying the city's history spanning hundreds of years. Every family, corporation, and business had a presence there; even renowned doctors practiced on the street.

Though Eternality Hospital wasn't widely known, the Callahans, its owners, were billionaires. The hospital was enormous—three stories high, with a thousand square meters per floor. A large crowd was protesting outside.

"What a terrible hospital!"

"Close it down!"

"Give me back my money!"

Hundreds of people shouted slogans and held banners. A reporter from the Cansington News Channel arrived.

"Good afternoon, this is Cansington News Channel. I'm Yasmin, your reporter today. I'm outside Eternality Hospital on Medical Street. As you can see, a large crowd has gathered. Let's interview them." She approached a young man. "Hello, I'm Yasmin. May I know what happened?"

Seeing the reporter and cameras, the twenty-year-old man straightened his posture.

"I just arrived, but it seems someone died at Eternality Hospital. The deceased's family is demanding compensation."

James arrived and witnessed the scene. He pushed through the crowd to the front door, which was closed. A stretcher lay outside, bearing a lifeless, sixty-year-old man with a ghastly expression. Several men wielding metal rods stood menacingly nearby, demanding the Callahans come out. The atmosphere was tense; only the security guards prevented them from breaking in.

A security guard, brandishing an electric baton, pointed menacingly at James. "Scram!" he roared.

James quickly explained, "I'm James, the Callahans' son-in-law. My wife, Thea Callahan, is the chairman of Eternality Group."

"Oh, it's you. Get going then."
