Chapter 1536

Hank trembled, blurting out, "What's going on? Have you investigated the cause?" he demanded of the andrology department director.

The director wiped his sweat. "Second Master, it's bizarre. We've used every method, but found nothing. In my decades in andrology, I've never seen anything like it"

Orrin, watching the weeping children, frowned. "Is there no cure?"

The embarrassed director replied, "Second Lord, a cure is secondary. First, we need to understand the cause, and we're completely baffled"

Hank felt dizzy. What the hell is this? he thought. Two men in their twenties, the youngest barely in his twenties. The Sun family—two infertile males! Who will succeed the family? I haven't even had a grandson!

He looked at his son, Trevor. "Trevor, what's happening? How do you feel?"

Trevor, exhausted from tests, cried, "Dad! I don't know! It's inexplicable. I pinch myself, and feel nothing, not even pain"

Daniel sobbed, "I pinched myself too. I felt weak, but nothing else"

Carl, unsteady on his feet, comforted them, "Sons, don't worry. We'll find a solution."

Trevor said, "Dad, could it be that kid at Uncle's house? He said he could make someone infertile. I dismissed it, but now…"

"Right!" Daniel agreed resentfully. "That kid's got a foul mouth. He could've cursed us infertile"

"Cursed infertile?!" The male doctors were stunned. None had ever heard of such a thing. It seemed impossible.

Hank remembered Charlie Wade's words, his expression growing grim. He turned to Carl. "Third brother, remember? That kid asked about our fertility…"

"Yes!" Carl nodded. "He was foul-mouthed; I scolded him in my head!"

Hank smacked his lips. "The more I think about it, the more wrong it feels…" He paused, then grabbed his crotch, looking horrified. "Quick! Doctor! I can't feel anything!"

Chapter 1537

Hank's words shocked everyone, causing Carl to instinctively clench his legs. The probability was too high: son, nephew, and second elder brother all affected.

Carl reached into his pocket and pinched himself. He gasped. He couldn't feel anything! "I can't feel it either!" he wailed.

The room was filled with shock. Four Sun family males, two generations, had lost their fertility? Impossible.

Most conditions causing decreased body function—paralysis, stroke, Parkinson's, frostbite, muscle weakness—aren't contagious. One case would be unusual; four simultaneously was bizarre.

Even genetically, a family having four males simultaneously affected had never been documented. Hair loss, for instance, might be hereditary, but never would four men go bald simultaneously.

The andrology department director was bewildered, his palms sweating. He didn't know where to begin treatment. Tests confirmed identical symptoms in all four, but the cause remained a mystery.

"Second and Third Masters," he asked, "recall any unusual shared experiences recently? Unusual food, locations, or contact with radioactive materials?"

"No!" Hank exclaimed. "We've been in Eastcliff. No strange contact!"

Carl nodded. "Our homes have comprehensive monitoring. Water and air quality are constantly checked. No pollution sources. A radiological investigation found nothing."

"This is bizarre…" the director admitted. "Without knowing the cause, treatment is impossible!"

Hank yelled, "Useless! I don't need you if you can't find the cause!"

The director stammered, "Second Lord, you know this is unusual. It may be beyond medicine. We must work together to find the cause and then the cure…"

Chapter 1538

Orrin cursed, "Enough excuses! If you can't handle it, get out!"

Hank, however, stopped Carl, deep in thought. He realized this wasn't a medical issue.

Trevor suddenly shouted, "Dad! Could it be the bastard at Uncle's house?!"

Hank gasped, "You think that kid did it?!"

"Yes!" Trevor replied. "He talked about 'cloud ligation,' infertility, and kneeling at Uncle's door if we asked for something. Could he have done this?"

Hank felt a chill. "He weakened my next God of War and a realm master. This might be connected!" he thought. "Damn it, if it's him, I'll kill him!"

Carl cautioned, "Brother, forget his abnormal strength! Five war gods and five realm masters might not beat him!"

Trevor added, "We surprised Uncle today. He's heavily guarding that kid. We won't get anything cheap, even without him…"

Hank slumped. He knew the kid was responsible, but couldn't challenge him. Hundreds of masters might be protecting him.

He gritted his teeth. "We need a long-term strategy. Let's focus on tomorrow's board meeting. We'll take the chairman's position."

They agreed. Now wasn't the time to confront Orrin and Charlie Wade. Seizing the chairmanship was the priority. Once in power, Orrin would be vulnerable.

Hank told the director, "Arrange to freeze our sperm samples."

"Frozen sperm?!" Carl exclaimed. "Why?"

Hank said coldly, "If we can't recover, the Sun family line will be cut off. Freezing the sperm allows for artificial insemination to continue the family line!"

Chapter 1539

Trevor and Daniel agreed to the sperm freezing. It was a precaution.

The director arranged painless sperm collection and testing. The results shocked everyone.

The director's face was grim. "Second Master… Third Master… Young Masters… The sperm survival rate… is…"

Trevor yelled, "Spit it out! What's the survival rate?!"

The director trembled, "Zero…"

The four men exclaimed. Carl nearly collapsed. This was devastating.

Hank's hand shook, even the plastered one. "How can the survival rate be zero? I've always been normal!"

Trevor cried, "Months ago, I got a model pregnant. I paid a million for an abortion… Why is there no survival rate now?"

Hank slapped him angrily. "You idiot! You got her pregnant and got an abortion?! What if it had been a son?!"

Trevor sobbed, "Dad, you warned me not to get women pregnant! You said it would harm my reputation and marriage prospects…"

Hank yelled, slapping him again, "Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" He knew Trevor was right. Illegitimate children harmed marriage prospects in wealthy families. He hadn't considered his son might lose his fertility. Now, with zero survival rate and an aborted child, the Sun family line was threatened.

Chapter 1540

Trevor was distraught. He was infertile and could never have children.

He looked at Hank, pleading, "Dad! It's the bastard at Uncle's house! Let's beg him! I don't want to be a eunuch!"

Daniel echoed his fear.

Hank's face darkened. "Begging him now ruins tomorrow's board meeting. If we beg him, they'll threaten the board!"

"And Uncle might force us to sell our voting rights, giving him total control!"

Hank knew he had to seize power tomorrow. If necessary, he would use money to buy that young man's silence after the fact. "No one is immune to money!" he thought. His depression deepened. He was forced to endure until the takeover.
