Celine and Hailey were on the street when a Rolls-Royce arrived. The driver opened the back door, and they both entered. Celine was astonished. "Hailey, is your cousin really that wealthy?" she asked. She noted that Adam’s car was also a Rolls-Royce, questioning the brand's popularity among "scumbags."

Hailey smiled. "Yes, he's quite rich. Celine, let me introduce you to my cousin. You can be my sister-in-law."

The next day at Yorhine University, Celine and Hailey were returning to their dorm when Elijah Zander approached them. "You're the Goddess of Sleep, Celine?" he asked.

Celine looked up. Elijah, surrounded by a group of followers, blocked their path. He leered at her. "I didn't expect the Goddess of Sleep to be so beautiful."

Hailey whispered, "This is Elijah Zander, heir to the Zander family. They're very influential in Mercity. He's a bully and notorious troublemaker at Yorhine University."

Celine gave Elijah a cold look. "I don't know you."

She started to leave, but Elijah blocked her again. "Don't rush off, beautiful. Familiarity breeds contempt."

Elijah found Celine strikingly beautiful, angelic even. He hadn't known this when Melody asked him to harass Celine and get her expelled.

"I think I've fallen for you, beautiful. Be my girlfriend, and you'll enjoy life with me." He reached out to touch her face.

Celine dodged him. "Get lost!"

She grabbed Hailey and tried to leave, but Elijah's followers surrounded them.

Hailey looked at Elijah angrily. "Elijah, don't go too far!"

"Too far? Ha! What are you going to do about it?" Elijah laughed arrogantly. "Celine, stop pretending. You're just a country bumpkin, a slacker who sleeps through classes. It's your luck that I even noticed you!"

He then turned to Hailey, mockingly saying, "Hey guys, Celine's mine. How about you take Ugly Hailey? She's so ugly no man would want her. You can have her as a freebie, a virgin at that!"

His followers laughed crudely, leering at Celine and Hailey. Hailey, usually sweet-tempered, trembled with rage. "You!"
