Adam smiled. “She’s extremely young.”

Carly, Tracy, and Lucy were surprised to learn the founder was a young woman.

“Mr. Marshall knows both the legal system and the underground scene. Why is he in Mercity? I’ve heard he’s very handsome.”

“That’s not all. He was part of a group with three others—two senior mentees and a younger female mentee, whom they all adored. She’s the group’s favorite.”

Adam knew Perry and was surprised by his presence in Mercity.

Just then, a luxury car arrived. Perry emerged, handsome in a trench coat, his bodyguards clearing a path.

Carly asked, “Adam, why is Mr. Marshall in Mercity?”

Adam calmly surveyed the scene. “No idea. But judging by his speed, he seems to be meeting someone.”
