Chapter 376: Faith

"Please be careful, Bane," Luke said, noticing something. Luke and Phoenix then walked toward the arena.

"Since you insist, I shall show you my true power!" Zachariah declared, releasing a monstrous aura.

The clashing auras created a violent gust of wind, but the specially built arena shielded the audience. The arena's construction prevented the Internal Energy Grandmasters' battle from damaging the venue.

"Vortex Spear!" Bane roared, conjuring a spear with a wave of his hand. Internal Energy Grandmasters could create weapons and control their aura for attacks by converting martial energy.

Bane then drew flowers in the air, which transformed into high-speed projectiles aimed at Zachariah.

The audience was amazed. "As expected of an Internal Energy Grandmaster! He's too powerful!" one exclaimed. Another added, "Looks like Bane is even stronger than before. He's been holding back!" A third voice chimed in, "This time, Zachariah has met his match!"

Tommy, beside Jared, gaped, his eyes burning with envy. As Horington's underground king, he felt dwarfed by the power displayed. His inferiority and shame were evident.

Jared, noticing Tommy's dejection, patted his shoulder. "Don't worry. Your strength will definitely surpass theirs."

Tommy's eyes shimmered with hope. "Really?"

"Of course. Don't you believe me?"

"Of course, I do! I have full faith in you!" Tommy replied eagerly, confident in Jared's abilities and his potential for growth under Jared's tutelage.

Back in the arena, Zachariah effortlessly dispelled Bane's spear flowers with a flick of his finger, creating ripples that vaporized them.

Bane, shocked, roared, "Vortex Slash!" He leaped, multiplying his spear into countless projectiles surrounding Zachariah.

Zachariah scoffed, "Is that all you got?" A white mist enveloped him, shattering the spears upon contact.

Bane, stunned, retreated. The audience gasped at Zachariah's power, understanding his ambition to lead the Warriors Alliance. Phoenix, too, frowned, surprised by Zachariah's hidden strength.

"It's my turn, Bane," Zachariah stated, instantly appearing before Bane with blinding speed. Bane, unable to react, received a powerful blow, spitting blood. Zachariah continued his relentless assault, the sounds of impact echoing through the arena.
