Chapter 634

Alicia teased, "Who was boasting earlier about pleasing me multiple times? Seems like just going to the bathroom wore you out."

Caden turned to walk away. "Yeah, so best not tempt me tonight. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't satisfy you."

Alicia narrowed her eyes. "Oh, really? Well, too bad."

After Caden left, Alicia closed the bathroom door. Caden curiously asked, "What are you doing?" "I'm using the bathroom," Alicia replied.

The door was cleverly designed as a mirror, providing privacy from the inside and becoming transparent from the outside with the flip of a switch.

Caden settled on the bed, leaning back on his hands with a smirk, watching Alicia slip into provocative lingerie. Oblivious to his playful gaze, she removed her robe and carefully examined the fabric. The thought of how it would look on her made her blush and laugh.

Caden smiled, his eyes locked on her captivating beauty. Even having seen and touched her countless times, his heart still skipped a beat.

After some struggle, Alicia managed to put on the lingerie. She examined herself in the mirror, concerned the neckline was too revealing. She tried adjusting the straps, but it only made it more provocative.

Caden observed her, feeling a surge of warmth, his Adam's apple bobbing as he swallowed dryly. Alicia caught his reflection. He gazed into her bright, dark eyes, unable to discern whether desire or his heart overflowed.

When Alicia emerged, she wore her robe again. Caden reclined against the headboard, casually browsing a hotel magazine, a blanket draped over his waist. Alicia cleared her throat, feigning calmness.

"Aren't you supposed to be tired? Why are you still awake?"

Caden couldn't sleep; his thoughts were far too vivid for public display. "I'll read for a little while," he said sincerely. "It's still early; I'm not sleepy yet."

Alicia replied with an "Oh," lifted the blanket, and settled beside him. Caden stole a glance at her.
