Chapter 241: Kicked Out of the House

Zachary carried Jonathan into the villa, showing no sign of panic. He scoffed, "Mister, if you were truly my father, wouldn't you be ashamed?"

Zachary stopped. "What does that mean?"

"My mother raised me alone, and she never laid a hand on me. But you just found me and want to hit me? Aren't you ashamed?" Jonathan's eyes were wide with seriousness. Zachary was momentarily captivated by their depth, frozen in place.

Jonathan, though carried awkwardly, remained composed. "I always thought my father was," he paused, recalling Felix's description, "a superhero who saves the world. He'd appear whenever I was mistreated, driving away bullies. But I never expected the bully to be the superhero in my heart."

A superhero who saves the world? The anger drained from Zachary. However, remembering Jonathan's earlier words, he placed him in the children's room.

"I didn't hit you, not out of fear, but because today we acknowledge each other as father and son. I didn't want a scene. Stay out of trouble, and everything will be fine."

A faint smile touched Jonathan's lips, a fleeting gleam of satisfaction in his eyes. "Don't worry, my mother taught me manners."

Zachary was speechless. Since when did this boy understand manners? If he truly had manners, he wouldn't have dared to cause trouble.

"Tell me, at the hotel, did your mother instruct you to splash wine on me and hide my clothes and phone?" A yes would give Zachary grounds for custody.

Jonathan was shrewd. "I have no idea what you're talking about. Do you have proof about the wine, clothes, and phone?"

Zachary felt this son would be his undoing. "If you don't admit your mistakes, you'll go without dinner!"

Zachary left the children's room and went to the living room. An array of desserts sat prominently displayed. Jonathan ignored them, playing with the toys already in the room. Meanwhile, Vivian was close to tears.

After much difficulty, she found Zachary's addressโ€”Seabay Villaโ€”and sent the driver there. She didn't tell Cecilia, fearing her worry. "Jon, you must stay safe. If anything happens to you, I don't want to live."

She arrived at the mansion, but the guard wouldn't let her in. Unable to reach Zachary, she shouted at the door, "Zachary, you shameless scum, come out or I'm calling the police!" She hesitated; an escalation might alert Nathaniel.

Zachary, still sparring with Jonathan, was informed of Vivian's arrival and commotion. "Send her away," he ordered. "Tell her if she wants money or goods, she can write it down and come for an exchange in a few days. No extensions! And she can forget about our son!"

The bodyguard obeyed. Within ten minutes, Vivian was abandoned in a desolate area. Evening fell. She finally reached home, only to find her father had sealed the mansion.

"Ms. Kennedy, Mr. Kennedy has said if you want freedom, you shouldn't use Kennedy family money or live in their house," the butler said politely.

In the cold, Vivian, tears streaming and nose running, huddled in her coat and contacted Cecilia.
